Matrixx Underlayment

Our 100% premium Russian birch panel is made to our specifications and trimmed, printed and tested in our factory. We select the wood quality and the glue and tell the supplier how to make it. Rugged solid core construction prevents indentations caused by high heels, chair legs and appliances. All edges are trimmed perfectly square for a tile-tite fit. Every square inch undergoes ultrasonic testing for core voids and internal delamination which might cause bubbles in the finished vinyl floor. Face panels have knots removed and replaced with solid wood plugs, no chemical patches and used. Will not stain vinyl floors. We do not ship potential problems just because you cannot see them.

Seaming Tape Totes
STIXX TAPE TOTE is a handy new dispensing package that gives the professional installer an easier way to purchase and use carpet seaming tape. The 100 feet of continuous tape allows for long seam runs without splicing. There are 2 x 100 foot rolls in each self dispensing box. A self-contained handle makes it easy to carry the box to and from the job. Slots on the side of the box make it easy to see how much tape is left. The box keeps left over tape neat and clean until the next job.

TX-300 Glue Applicator System

TRAXXs TX-300 is not just a glue gun. Its a glue applicator system for almost any interior setting. For flooring installation, including tack strip installation, hardwood flooring (start & finish rows), floor transition ramps, interior wood trim, moldings, ceramic tile repair, and much more! 100-Watt Glue Gun

Our 100-watt Glue Gun is the answer for applying the unique seam seamer via Stixx glue stick! Traxx Carpet Seam Welding System gives you an industry-approved method of securing cut carpet edges AND creating a welded seam that prevents hinging and peaking!

Engineered Glue Sticks

All cut carpet edges must be sealed prior to creating the carpet seams. STIXX S-106 glue sticks are excellent for this purpose because this method dries within seconds vs. liquid sealers. STIXX carpet glue sticks are also engineered to create a welded seam during the seaming process. Cut carpet edges that have been sealed with STIXXS-106 glue sticks use the heat on the top portion of the hot-melt iron to reactivate the sealed edges and weld the two cut edges back together. Seam peaking is caused by the seams ability to hinge. When carpet edges are butt-welded back together with STIXX glue stick, hinging is eliminated. STIXX glue sticks contain a UV tracer visible under black light to ensure CRI-104 & CRI-105 compliance.
