The Model 02025 EMD destroys SSD media through patent pending destruction shafts with pyramidal shaped elements where media is passed though to ensure complete media destruction.

Electronic media as well as the data carrying SSDs are crushed between two rotating shafts and fall into a collection container for simplified, hand free collection of waste material. The SEM 0205 EMD produces end waste that meets DIN standard E-3 when destroying only the SSD board and DIN standard E-4 when destroying the entire systems including SSD drives, phones and tablets with the boards included.

The Model 0205 EMD is a compact, self-contained destruction system with all components housed within a custom cabinet for maximum sound, odor and dust control and may be plugged into a standard 110v outlet with a 20amp plug.

The SEM Model 0101 has been evaluated and listed on NSACSS 02-01 and meets NSA and DoD compliance guidelines for the physical damage of media with a durability rating of 204 driveshour.

The 0101 Hard Drive Crusher destroys all hard drives regardless of their size, format or type up to 1.85 thick including drives found in laptop, desktop or server systems. With the optional SSD Kit, the 0101 can also be converted into a system that can also effectively and securely destroy the solid state (SSD) data storage chips found on a wide variety of circuitcontroller boards.

From memory sticks to circuitcontroller boards found on hard drives, SSD drives or in cell phones, tablets and similar devices, the 0101 with SSD Kit is an economical and secure solution to eliminate the data.

The SSD Kit is designed to be installed into the Model 0101 at the factory during the initial purchase only. It is further designed to allow the operator to convert the system into the HDD Crusher by removing the SSD Kit (SSD anvil, wear plate and press plate) and installing the standard HDD anvil that comes with the package.

Degaussers in this section have been evaluated by the NSA and are listed on the most current NSA Evaluated Products List (EPL).

These NSA listed degaussers are suitable for both longitudinal magnetic recorded (LMR), media and perpendicular magnetic recorded (PMR) hard disk drives up to 5000 Oe and magnetic tape up to 3, 000 Oe.

This slow speed, high torque shredder uses specially designed saw tooth hook cutters to chew up about 12 hard drives in a minute. That's just 5 seconds per drive. Designed for office environment or where space is limited.

It's clean, quiet (65 to 78 dB), vibration free, and has a small footprint. It's mounted on heavy dutylockable casters you can literally use it anywhere. Shredded material is discharged into a collection box housed within the system cabinet or through an optional discharge conveyor.

The Model EMP1000-HS Degausser Deployment Kit combines a custom deployment case with the EMP1000-HS Degausser.

The SEM Model SSD1-HS reduces solid state devices to waste particles of .5 mm and meets DIN 66399 Standard E-7, smaller than the NSA requirement for sanitization of SSD devices per NSACSS EPL 9-12. Absolute destruction through repetitive high speed cutting of memory media ensures all data is properly sanitized.

Storage media is continuously cut until it is small enough to pass through a customer selected waste sizing system to meet customers security level or a specific DIN Level. Items that can be destroyed in the Model SSD1-HS include solid state boards, RAM, smart phonecell phone components, SIM cards, USB flash drives, compact flash and even optical discs.

The Model SSD1-HS is a compact, self-contained destruction system with all components housed within a custom enclosure for maximum sound, odor and dust control. The Model SSD1-HS destruction capacity is dependent on the media being destroyed and the customer selected sizing screen.

An ergonomic operator interface allows easy viewing and control of all machine functions. The Model SSD1-HS features an interlocked feed slide with integrated feeding protocols ensuring proper metering of media through the data sanitization process. Safety interlocks prevent operation when any safety guard or panel is not in place or waste disposal is required. An air filtration system consisting of a carbon pre-filter and HEPA filter is also included.

The Model EMP1000 degausser accepts any drive up to 1.05" thick as well as magnetic tapes. A magnetic field strength indicator confirms media has been degaussed at an acceptable level. The 100 millisecond actual degauss time produces a longer electromagnetic pulse than most commercial grade degaussers. Combined with the 1.6 Tesla (16, 000 gauss) magnetic force, the EMP1000 is capable of erasing today's most dense PMR and LMR hard drives and magnetic media technology.

The SEM Model 200 with Marine cabinet is our unique Model 200 Office disintegratormedia destroyer in a space saving configuration, just right for shipboard and other limited space locations. The Model 200 is also the only approved office machine that is practical for destroying key tape in quantity (2 or more canisters per month). It will destroy key tape by the handful, not just a segment at a time.

The SEM 200 series disintegrators have been evaluated by NSA and meets the requirements of NSACSS specification 02-02, high security disintegrators and NSACSS 04-02, optical media destruction devices.

This SEM disintegrator has been designed to accommodate materials typically not acceptable to a standard paper shredder. With thruput rates up to 100 lbshr., this unit is NSA approved for the destruction of all levels of classified paper documents and optical media (CDsDVDs). With an optional 564" screen, the Model 200 disintegrator is also NSACSS 04-01 approved for key tape destruction.
