SEFAR PHARMA GMP Bags is the certified filter bag solution for the pharmaceutical industry. The design has been developed to avoid possible contamination from staple fibers coming from the needle felt. An ePTFE microporous membrane laminated on the polyester or PTFE needle felt gives it its high filtration efficiency. The high-conductivity stainless steel matrix incorporated in the antistatic version provides excellent protection against explosion. The manufacturing process of the SEFAR PHARMA GMP Bags is compliant with EU 20232006 GMP. All the materials used conform to both EU 102011 and FDA CFR’s.

Fabrics can be combined with an adhesive layer which enables a cost-efficient and fast joining of the fabric piece to the test strip. In addition the fabric can be welded together with a paper membrane layer, eliminating subsequent joining processes.

Fabrics can be heat or ultrasonically slit. Ribbon width ranges from 7 mm to 2400 mm (heat slit) or from 4mm to 350 mm (US slit).
