We also have the ability to fabricate parts from ¼” up to 27” long in our high speed Fanuc Robo Drill units. These machines operate off of 3 axis high speed system that can also machine your parts to extremely tight tolerances consistently every time.

At Silver City Aluminum, we have a wide variety of different clients who work in a number of very unique industries. Each individual client has different needs and requirements when it comes to the aluminum extrusion work that we provide. While most of our clients need custom products and materials created, forged through a custom steel die, there are others who need simple, standard extrusions, that can be used in many different ways. Reinforcements – Another aspect of product development for doors and windows is in the extrusion of reinforcement aluminum profiles in absolutely any shape or size to suit the needs of our clients. We work directly with our customers to ensure that every single part of their assembled custom product will come together exactly as planned. Our team will even go the extra mile to help in the design phase of product development, to ensure that all details are considered and to suggest the best possible way to go in production.

Our goal in the development of paneling for doors and windows is to provide our clients with the most aesthetically pleasing and dimensionally fitting extrusions. We are able to accommodate any need or specification to ensure that the end results exceed the customer’s expectations.

Silver City Aluminum can design custom boat rails for sail boats (including rub rails), power boats or any other type of marine equipment. Basically anything that would ever need to be incorporated in the boat building process, can be extruded via custom product design at our facility. However, we do have an 8-inch diameter maximum

Other marine profiles, such as sailboat rails and other structural materials, are no problem for Silver City Aluminum. We are even able to handle the most intricate of designs. Our in-house fabrication department can handle lots of these designs as well as specialty applications, including drilling holes and other elements that are specific to our clients’ requirements.
