We are able to create dies measuring up to 8' (L) x 4' (W) x 2" (H), and offer both birch and solid core hard maple base options. We use steel rule with a ground edge that has been heat treated and hardened to industry standards, and offer them in 2-4 point thicknesses with a variety of edge geometries for cutting, perforating, scoring, and creasing. Strategically placed ejection rubber enables easy removal of cut material. We offer clicker dies for cutting thicker materials, as well as chemically-etched dies for applications with intricate details. Our technicians confirm dimensions and use Mylar overlays to verify that each die is 100% to specifications.
