The In-Line Wrap Automatic Labeling System is a high performance labeling system capable of applying die cut pressure sensitive labels at speeds of up to 90 products per minute. Standard Wrap Systems come complete with an 8-foot by 6-inch TTC conveyor, a single applicator head IO mount, a 6-inch by 11-inch wrap station, a microprocessor controller, guide rails, product sensor mount, and a spacer wheel assembly. Compatible with our ST600, ST1100, ST2100 and PA4000 automatic label applicators.

The ST400 Automatic Label Applicator is a high performance semi-automatic labeling system capable of applying die cut pressure sensitive labels at speeds of up to 30 products per minute.

Standard T-Stands include heavy duty construction, 60-inch vertical posts, robust locking casters, vertical, horizontal and swivel adjustments for applicator head mounting. Mounting height is fully adjustable between 24 and 66 inches and is capable of handling applicator heads weighing up to 100 lbs. Options include: fine skew adjustment; 72-inch posts; wash-down stainless steel; IO adjustment; and yard arm applicator mount.
