Southland tool has now introduced a new line of aluminum debris catchers. Now light weight and strong plus the advantage of non rusting, these aluminum debris catchers come in sizes from 6″ to 18″ or larger. These have holes on the top only to allow the water to flow through but not the fine grit. Available with conenctors for our fiberglass or wood pole systems or with a 25′ rope, you choose.
Now, for the first time you can positively put the nozzle where you want it. TIME SAVER BACK SAVERELIMINATES FRUSTRATION. Comes with 24’ of fiberglass poles in 6’ sections. Southland Tool in its continual effort to introduce new and exciting improvements to sewer cleaning presents the “nozzle directional guide”. This device connects to our interlocking pole systems. Essentially it will grab and lock the end of your hose where the nozzle is so the operator can put it where he wants. The sewer or duct might be submerged, blind, raised or dropped. Once you have the nozzle securely attached in the jaws you can lower the hose and nozzle into the manhole to the depth you need. At this point you just direct the end of the guide into the sewer line and insert it. At this point you can open the water flow so that your nozzle will take off in the line once you open the guide jaws. With a slight “tug” on the rope you will open the jaws and release the hose and nozzle. Once open you can retrieve the complete directional guide from the manhole and let the tiger tail slip down the hose if required.
The 729A is a smaller version of our downhole roller. Made of strong 316” steel with 4 Urethane rollers, this set up connects to a ¾” NPT connection or you can use an adapter and connect to our quick pole system. It is just 13” long and 15” high with a width that will fit a 6” pipe. Please look to this old favorite now from Southland Tool.
The Hydro Excavator Digger connects to your suction tube by way of the top flange to fit your style of machine. A soft cuff on the end eliminates damage to anything you might find while hydro-excavating. The female swivel connects to your high pressure hose and is available for 6" or 8" tubes. Models come in 10 jet, 8 jet, and 4 jet depending on your needs. We also have a new tube hose clamp that keeps your high pressure hose secure and not flailing. It gives you a support point at every tube joint. Pictured above is a close-up of how the clamp works.
