For instrumentation applications such as gauge calibration, laboratory equipment, sampling, and testing, we carry Hy-Lok's Q Series Quick Connects. Our quick connects are easy to use, require no tools to install, and minimize the need for equipment shutdown. The Q Series Quick Connects feature size ranges between 14" and 12" with working pressures up to 3, 000 psig. They're designed for long life cycles thanks to a Viton O-ring that can handle temperatures up to 400°F. Hy-Lok stems and bodies accommodate several configurations including tube end, male pipe, female pipe, 37° flared tube ends, hose barb, and bulkhead. Hy-Lok offers these with the "keyed" option to color code your systems. All of our quick connects are interchangeable with Swagelok, Parker, Hoke, and TOMCO components. We also provide stem and body protectors to ensure safe coupling and uncoupling. These Hy-Lok products are widely popular in the oil and gas, refining, power generation, paper processing, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, and semiconductor industries.

At Southwest Control Products, in addition to tube fittings we supply many other types of fittings such as pipe fittings, 37ºJIC, JIS Bite type, Weld, ZCO o-ring face seal, ZCR gasket seal, and ZCR type tube fittings. The Hy-Lok pipe fittings are instrument grade and ideal for applications where the connection will be taken apart and put back together. The threads are rolled rather than cut for increased strength and numerous remakes. Our JIS bite type tube fittings are perfect for medium to heavy wall tubing and feature a sharpened ferrule that “bites” the tube when compressed, ensuring leak-free performance. Available in 18" to 2" sizes, our JIS fittings are available in carbon steel, brass, and stainless steel. We also sell Hy-Lok’s weld fittings for ultra-high purity applications. Ranging between 18" and 1" OD, they are electro-polished and specially packed for Class 10 environments. The ZCO line of fittings uses an elastomer seal and is great for applications requiring many remakes of the fitting. Our line of ZCR fittings are ideal for the semiconductor industry, featuring two sealing beads compressing a metal gasket to maximize leak prevention. ZCR face seal fittings can be surface finished to Ra .25 µm, ensuring no leaks when installed in high vacuum or positive pressure applications. Offered in 14" to 1” sizes, ZCR fittings are made from your choice of 316, 316L, 316L VOD, or 316L VIM stainless steel. All of our Hy-Lok tube fittings are extensively tested and approved by end users and third parties. Hy-Lok also offers conversion fittings, such as a “stinger” fitting to convert from 14" tubing to a Rosemount or Honeywell transmitter.

One of the premier worldwide wellhead manufacturers has also successfully tested Hy-Lok Tube Fittings in various materials, shapes, and sizes. A large US refinery tested Hy-Lok Tube Fittings and two other brands. Hy-Lok had zero leaks, outperforming the other two brands. Hy-Lok Tube Fittings have also been successfully tested to the standards of ASTM F1387. We offer the entire Hy-Lok line, ranging in size from 116" to 2" OD and all alloys including 316 stainless steel, brass, monel, Inconel 600, Inconel 625, Inconel 825, Inconel 925, Hastelloy, Titanium, and others. We can provide tube fittings using custom materials depending on your requirements. As an exclusive Hy-Lok distributor, we sell a variety of end connections including Tube to Tube Union, Union, Tube to Male Pipe, Tube to Female Pipe, Sub Tube Connector, Tube to AN Tube, Tube to SAE, Tube to Weld End, and Plug and Cap. These only require low torque installation, with positive leak-free seals that allow for frequent assembly or reassembly. Our larger tube fittings can be easily installed using EZY-MAT hydraulic assembly tools specifically designed for Hy-Lok products. Our RP Series includes a stem seal that keeps actuation threads clean. With the SV Series, the bodies are made from extruded bar stock and are available in your choice of straight or angled patterns. The SVH Series is designed with a metal seal for body-to-bonnet connections and is rated to 10, 000 psi. Finally, our GB Series includes a union nut design and panel mount to ensure safety. With end connection options such as malefemale NPT and Hy-Lok Tube Fittings, our needle valves withstand pressures up to 10, 000 psi and temperatures up to 1200°F.
