Variable Speed SVP Series

The SVP Series variable speed peristaltic injection pump is adjustable, has a DC motor and a detachable pump head. It features a rugged polycarbonate housing, heavy-duty gear motor and LED display with a four button control pad for easy operation.

The SVP is categorized into two sub-series, SVP1 and SVP4. The SVP1 is manually adjusted using the keypad. The SVP4 is designed to respond directly to a 4-20mA input signal from water treatment controls including pH and ORP monitors to maintain proper water chemistry and treatment of effluent discharge water. The SVP4 is equipped with an external port to accept the signal or it can override the 4-20 mode to be manually adjusted with the arrows on the keypad.

The SVP4s ability to accept a 4-20mA signal to pace the pump makes it well suited for the industrial user and municipal water treatment and wastewater treatment plants. Municipalities that supply potable water to residential and commercial sites require treatment of the well or surface water source they use. The SVP can inject sodium hypochlorite or other related disinfectants or meter solutions to oxidize problem water such as excessive levels of iron, manganese, and hydrogen sulfide which can cause staining and rotten egg odor.

Pcm

The PCM is a time adjustable controller that powers a fixed output pump. It operates with a pulsing dry contact water meter that sends a signal to the PCM which actuates the pump to deliver the desired dose based upon water volume. It is one of the components in the Proportional Injection System that also includes the Classic series single head fixed output pump and a 34" plastic water meter pre-installed on a heavy duty panel. Purchasing the items separately offers flexibility with the water meter selection; available in plastic or stainless steel with variety of sizes and pulse rates, to customize your own proportional feed installation.

Econ Stennicator Pump

Injecting straight into the water line sets the Stennicator apart from traditional medicators and water driven proportioning pumps.

The Stennicator is adaptable to all existing houses with pulsing dry contact water meters, no additional equipment is required. Click here to watch a fun, animated video to see how.

Typical medicators use water to mix stock solutions needed for injection and are adversely affected by poor water quality such as grit, hardness or iron. Poor water quality does not affect the performance of the Stennicator; the pump injects straight into the water line eliminating garden hose bypasses that restrict flow. In addition, the pump is more than just a medicator, it is compatible with a wide range of livestock solutions and can inject strong acids and disinfectants without harm to the pumps's moving parts. The chemicals are contained in the peristaltic pump tube and suction and discharge lines. All Stenner peristaltic metering pumps are self-priming and do not lose prime from gaseous solutions.

Stenner Mixer

Select the Stenner Mixer for your Stenner Tank to help keep chemical in solution.

The Mixer is utilized in applications when injecting solutions that are difficult to keep in suspension. It will retro-fit existing Stenner tank systems or tanks and without any modifications. The mixing head is sealed to keep it from getting entangled with the suction line. The sealed design eliminates the need for a suction line guard. The mixer is intended for intermittent use and is available in 7.5, 15 and 30 gallon and 120V or 220V.

Unique Stenner Features
The Mixer's design creates a rapid flow in a circular path. The speed and constant movement delivers high volume output for constant mixing to help keep the chemical in solution and prevent it from settling out around the outer edges of the solution tank.

Install the Mixer in three easy steps
Place the mixer in the solution tank opening.
Attach the safety screws.
Plug it in.

Double Head Adjustable Chemical Injection Pump

The Double Head Adjustable Output is another variation to select from in the Classic Series, electro-mechanical pump line.

Similar to the other models in the Classic series, the pump will dose solutions such as sodium hypochlorite, acid, polyphosphates, biocides for common water treatment applications that include disinfection, pH control, corrosion and scale control, oxidation and sanitization. This pump series provides twice the output for large Commercial Pool and Aquatic Facilities or Water and Wastewater treatment plants. The pump can also inject two compatible solutions at the same ratio. The Classic Series double head adjustable pump is built the same way as the single head adjustable with the addition of another pump head that doubles the output.

How the Double Head Adjustable Chemical Injection Pump Works
The output is determined by three factors; the rpm of the motor gears, the setting on the feed rate control and the pump tubes in both heads. The feed rate control has an external dial ring that is labeled L to 10 offering an adjustable output of 5% to 100% in 2.5% increments.

Unique Stenner Features
Interchangeable pump heads and tubes to convert one model to another; not necessary to purchase a new pump.
Easy and fast tube replacement without tools with the QuickPro pump head.
The pump is built with four detachable components; the motor, feed rate control and two pump heads, that can be separated without tools.

Single Head Fixed Output Injection Pump

The electromechanical Classic Single Head Fixed Output Injection Pump works well with controllers.

The Single Head Fixed Output Injection Pump is one of four types in Stenner's Classic Series. This peristaltic metering pump injects solutions at a fixed rate and can be activated by a water meter for proportional feed for drinking water disinfection for animal health or homeowners. It can also be installed with a controller for sanitizing a swimming pool. Great news for installers in the commercial pool industry, the Classic Series single head fixed pump has been tested by ETL to conform to the ANSINSF standard 50 when used with ANSINSF 50 listed controllers. Additional applications include pH control, oxidation, corrosion and scale control and more.

The pump is also a component of Stenners pre-assembled panel system known as the Proportional Injection System. The Proportional Injection System doses solution that is proportional to a water systems flow rate based on the water volume. A water meter sends a signal to Stenners PCM (Pump Control Module) which actuates the fixed output pump. The system is suited for constant pressure (variable speed) well pumps, poultry and livestock houses, irrigation and systems with demand based backup wells and any application with varying flow rates. If a pre-assembled system isnt your preference, the pump, PCM and water meter are also available separately. Refer to the chemical resistance guide to determine the compatibility of the wetted components with the solution you want to pump or Contact Us.

Two Wire Flow Switch

Stenner offers a dry contact flow switch compatible with the Econ FP pump for either a PVC tee or copper pipe installation.

In residential or light commercial applications, water treatment professionals can use a metering pump activated by a flow switch for disinfection, oxidation or pH adjustment. Stenner's compact Econ FP peristaltic metering pump is designed to interface with a two wire flow switch that accepts a dry contact.

The flow switch for PVC or copper are both a two wire, paddle style with glass fiber reinforced plastic construction. The design uses a magnetic force to reset the paddle so spring fatigue is eliminated. A separate wiring harness is supplied with the Econ FP pump for an easy connection to the dry contact flow switch. A wiring illustration is illustrated in the manual, click here.
