TR-XTREME™ pipe is designed for areas of seismic activity. TR-XTREME joints provide 2.9" of extension capability to accommodate ground settlement and soil liquefaction during earthquakes while providing joint flexibility up to 4° for 6", 8", 12" and 3° for 16". The TR-XTREME joint is a patent pending joint that incorporates technology we’ve learned from over 40 years of designing restrained joints for the water works industry. The TR-XTREME joint is one of the strongest and most robustly designed restrained joints for water works and seismic market. The TR-XTREME restrained joint utilizes the time proven and drop-tight TYTON®GASKET for a reliable drop tight seal. The features incorporated into the TR-XTREME restrained joint design help insure that when disaster strikes, water will be available in times of emergency.

HP LOK Restrained Joint Pipe and Fittings provide flexible push-on joints for 30”–64” pipe sizes. The HP LOK Restrained Joint has a working pressure equivalent to the working pressure rating of the parent pipe with a maximum working pressure rating of 350 psi. An HP LOK Ring that is factory installed in the bell provides a positive axial lock between the bell interior surface and a retainer weldment on the spigot end of the pipe. HP LOK is available with a variety of coatings and linings. Metallic Zinc coating is also available.

The TR FLEX® is capable of accomodating traditional open trench projects, as well as horizontal directional drilling (HDD) applications, the TR FLEX® line of products is a flexible and reliable option. Easily disassembled. Sizes 4" - 24" suitable for 350 psi working pressures; 250 psi working pressures for 30" - 36". Perfect for HDD applications.

TYTON JOINT® is U.S. Pipe’s trademark for ductile iron pipe with a push-on type connection. Simplicity, sturdiness and watertightness are built into the system by design. Convincing proof of its worldwide acceptance is shown by the fact that more than 95% of the pipe now sold by U.S. Pipe is TYTON JOINT Pipe. TYTON JOINT Pipe is available in sizes 3" through 64". Sizes 3" through 42" are available in nominal 18-foot laying lengths. 4" through 30" sizes, along with sizes 48" through 64", are available in nominal 20-foot laying lengths.
