Single and dual output DC-DC converter are composed of next-generation, board-mountable, isolated, fixed switching frequency DC-DC converters that use synchronous rectification to achieve extremely high power conversion efficiency. The power dissipated by the converter is so low that a heatsink is not required, which saves cost, weight, height, and application effort. All of the power and control components are mounted to the multi-layer PCB substrate.

The MultiQor Plate power supply is designed to meet MIL-STD-704, MIL-STD-1275, DEF-STAN 61-5 and MIL-STD-461 when using Military COTS converters for 28Vin system and continuous full power operation is only needed down to 16Vin*. Total output power is 1200W* with typical efficiency up to 95%. Operational features include optional internal EMI filter with ceramic stabilizing bulk capacitor, spike and surge protection, high efficiency reverse polarity protection, no minimum load requirements and soft-start of all outputs. The InQor® Series is composed of next-generation, board-mountable, isolated, fixed switching frequency DC‑DC converters that use synchronous rectification to achieve extremely high power conversion efficiency. Each module is supplied completely encased to provide protection from harsh environments.

SynQor provides EMI filters for the InQor series DC-DC converters. All EMI filters provide >80dB differential mode attenuation and >36dB or >60dB common mode attenuation (model dependent) and include stabilizing bulk capacitors and damping resistors.

The BusQor® bus converter are the next-generation, board-mountable, isolated, fixed switching frequency DC-DC converters that use synchronous rectification to achieve extremely high conversion efficiency. The BusQor® bus converters are available in Un-regulated, Semi-regulated, Fully-regulated and High Input Voltage models. The SynQor bus converters are ideal for creating the mid-bus voltage required to drive standard point-of-load (non-isolated) DC-DC isolated converters.

The PFCQor Power Factor Correction module is an essential building block of an AC-DC power supply. Used in conjunction with a hold-up capacitor, SynQor's high efficiency DC-DC converters and SynQor's AC line filter, the PFCQor will draw a nearly perfect sinusoidal current (PF > 0.99) from a single phase AC input.
