The hms 1,2 and 211 shreds are offered on cif basis so the price can fluctuate depending on the end destination. The a4 copier paper is offered on fob basis only and the petrochemicals (d2, jp54, mazut, crude oil and other fuel derivatives) are offered on fob,or cif basis. The petrochemical suppliers will extend their offers after the buyers formal loi has been received.
