Engine Simulator

Real life testing is crucial in todays automotive industry. Team Corporation has developed the 900 Series Engine Simulation System to accurately reproduce the torsional pulsations found on an engine's crankshaft. With speeds up to 10, 000 rpm, dynamic torque output up to 3, 300 ft-lbs (4520 N-m) and torsional frequencies in excess of 600 Hz, Teams 900 Series Engine Simulators are easily configured to reproduce engine dynamics of virtually any displacement and number of cylinders. Cube Hydraulic Test System

With a history of more than 35 CUBE installations since 1994, Team Corporation has taken 6 Degree of Freedom testing capability to new levels. An advanced technology hydraulic test system that offers 6 Degrees of Control, the CUBE can accurately replicate virtually any vibration environment, including very high frequencies, with precise digital control.

The CUBE simulates real-world 6 Degree of Freedom vibration with complete, simultaneous control of the amplitude and phase of all 6 Degrees of Freedom. Offering simultaneous or sequential excitation of test articles in Sine, Random and Time Wave Form Replication, the CUBE sets the standard for multi-axis vibration testing.

The MK VI (150, 000 W) and MK VII (200, 000 W) Acoustic Generator consist of a servo-hydraulic actuator driving a specialized reciprocating poppet valve that provides modulation of a high-pressure airstream.
