The TS9000 Series Jet Tech is a Piezoelectric driven, non contact dispense valve capable of handling fluid viscosities to 2 million Cps. Jet Tech offers a fast jetting action producing hundreds of accurate deposits less than one second. Every component of the valve was designed to the highest tolerances and manufactured to the strictest degree of precision insuring world class accuracy and repeatability in drop-to-drop dispensing volume. Jet Tech's compact size and modular design aids integration into robotic systems. The valve features fully adjustable parameter settings, allowing the operator to change the jetting properties for different fluid types and optimize the process for repeatable dispensing. A variety of nozzles shape and sizes along with different tappet configurations provides a wide spectrum of output jet deposits.
The Spray Valves are designed for precise spray applications of low viscosity materials. An external stroke control makes it easy for the operator to fine-tune fluid flow. Total control of the spray cycle is provided by adjustable fluid flow and precise control of prespray, atomizing air and post spray with the TS500R Multi-Purpose Digital Controller. Maintenance is made simple by the elimination of troublesome spring loaded needle packings. Downtime is virtually eliminated with only one seal to replace during normal maintenance. TheTS5540 spray valves come with FDA-Compliant 303 stainless steel construction in both air cylinder and fluid housing. A field replaceable Delrin® seat provides positive shut off and very long life cycles. The compact design and easy-mount threaded hole allow for easy integration into automated applications. The new TS5540-MS spray valve is designed to spray low to medium viscosity fluids through disposable dispensing tips. This innovative design enables the valve to produce uniform spray patterns ranging from 0.180”- 0.60” (4.6mm – 15 mm) in diameter. The TS5540-MS spray valve has a field replaceable UHMWPE seat (seal) to provide positive shut-off and extend the valve life cycle.
The Spool Valve is based on a balanced spool design to create a fast "ONOFF" fluid dispensing function that is not affected by material input pressure. The spool action displaces a portion of the material back into the nozzle during shut off. This creates an automatic "suck-back" anti-drip feature. An oil chamber is provided for use above the upper seal to create an additional liquid seal that will prevent moisture from being carried onto the spool. The design facilitates easy maintenance without the need for special tools. The valve is designed to be opened by air pressure and closed by a return spring (single acting). A port is provided so that the valve may be connected for air closing without the spring (double acting). The TS941 Series side ports can be rotated in to conveniently locate valve connections. The hardened spool slides in high quality seals and is suitable for use with materials having a viscosity of up to 3, 000, 000 cps at pressures of up to 2, 500psi (172bar). Output is ¼ NPT allowing multiple tip termination.

The TS5420 Adjustable Needle Valve is a pneumatically triggered single-acting valve that can be used with an internal spring close (single action) or may be connected for air closing without the spring (double acting). The TS5440 Microshot Needle Valve, with its needle closing the fluid path directly on the canula inside the needle body, can dispense very precise deposits down to 0.0005 cm3. The TS5440 Valve's wetted parts include FDA-compliant 303 Stainless Steel.
Disposable Pinch Tube Valves provide control for continuous or micro shot applications of low to semi-viscous fluids. The TS1212 semi-automatic version relies on a dispensing controller sending a pre-programmed air signal that opens the valve and allows fluid to flow. Once the dispense cycle is complete, the air signal stops and the internal spring forces the shut-off piston to "pinch" the disposable feed path, preventing further fluid flow. The only part of the valve making contact with the fluid being dispensed is the disposable pinch tube assembly making the TS1212 ideally suited to dispensing 2-part and CA (Cyanoacrylate) materials.
Compression fittings and tubing provide a secure connection and increase fluid flow. The fluid tubing can handle pressures up to 100psi (6.9bar) and the compression fittings can handle pressures up to 220psi (15.17bar).
Diaphragm Valves are designed to dispense low to medium viscosity materials with precision accuracy over a wide range of shot and bead sized down to a fraction of a micro liter. The TS9200D Jet Tech is a non-contact dispense valve capable of jetting fluid viscosities to 400, 000 Cps. Jet Tech offers a fast jetting action producing hundreds of precise droplets in less than one second. The main feature of the valve is a single, easily replaceable diaphragm to eliminate dynamic fluid seals found in other jet valves. No longer is it necessary to disassemble, clean and replace worn seals, which translates into saving time and money. The diaphragm also allows fast cycle rates because of its very small mass. There is no large sliding valve stem that slows down the process. With this novel diaphragm design, the energy needed to eject a drop can be adjusted providing a wider process window.
The TS7000 Series IMP Rotary Valves are the latest additions to the Rotary Microvalve family. The valve uses a feed screw (auger) to dispense fluid with a rotary displacement action, allowing ultra-precise control of the dispensing process. The valve's modular design allows quick and easy replacement of the feed screwchamber cartridge assembly without removing the valve from the machine. In addition, the valve cartridge can be interchanged to use with TS5000DMP feed screw inserts. The TS7000 Series IMP valve is available in 3 choices of feed screw sizes (16-pitch, 8-pitch and high output 8-pitch), all made of precision hardened tool steel.
