Fabricated Custom Car Trailer We're geared towards the fabrication of prototypes, one-offs, and volume production. This trailer was constructed of structural steel tube and diamond plate, and was 20' in length. Working with the customer's specifications we completed the entire project in-house, which included cutting and forming of all the raw materials, utilizing our saw, shear, and press brake. The components were welded and precision aligned to ensure straightness. All rough edges and welds were ground which was followed by the application of a black powder coat.

A customer in Yosemite, California was in need of a fabricator that could manufacture a custom man-hole drain cover. This cover is composed of aluminum, with dimensions of 4' 8" in diameter, and 6-14" in height. Fabrication required swaging and rolling, as well as welding and cutting services. Dimensional inspections were performed throughout the fabrication process to ensure that we met the customer supplied drawings. We fabricated two of these customers and applied a durable white powder coat prior to shipping. For more information on this project, see the table below. This cover is used to protect living things and other debris from entering a sewage drain.

Manufacturing of abalone irons used in the game fishing industry. Manufacturing of abalone irons used in the game fishing industry. Manufacturing of abalone irons used in the game fishing industry. The product shown here was designed and developed for use as an abalone iron; it's used to pry the abalone from the rock before it can fully clamp down. We not only fabricated this product but we were also involved in the design and product development phases. Composed of 38" aluminum, it featured dimensions of 4" in width, and 14" in length. Fabrication required precision plasma cutting to form the item, the finish features were machined on our mill and lathe. Orders from this customer are produced with lead times of 2 days, and we produce 30 to 50 per year.

This shovel apron hangs off the back of dump trucks to load gravel for road repair. The aprons are fabricated from 14 gage sheet steel, and 38" thick hot rolled plate, and angle steel. Each finished apron featured dimensions of 90" in length, 24" in width, and 15" in height. Fabrication required bending, forming, and welding, individual components were formed using our shear and press brake. These components were then welded, ground smooth, with a yellow powder coat applied. We currently manufacture 30 to 60 of these shovel aprons per year with lead times of 8 to 12 weeks.
