The intermittent motion in-line sleeve wrapper 100 Series is designed to shrink wrap products that by themselves are stable enough to transport on a conveyor and transfer into the film section without assistance or tipping over. Superior shrink-wrapping design resulted in the 300 series off-set in-line multi-packer that can be utilized for BOTH supported (product placed on pad or tray) or unsupported products (single products that will be collated, and held together by film alone). The versatility of the 300 Series multi packaging equipment maximizes floor space and allows for a variety of collation system options including pick-and-place modules, stackers and lane dividers. The 300 Series is fully automatic multipackaging machine to reduce labor costs and increase efficiency in the packaging room. Tekkra also offers an integrated all-in-one case packer and shrink wrapper solution. Corrugate is picked from the magazine and secured into the flights. Meanwhile, the infeed conveyor bring product into the system and the desired pack pattern is prepared. Product is then side loaded with a push bar onto the awaiting tray. The tray indexes through the forming and sealing stations. After the tray is complete, it enters the shrink wrapper. The tray is overwrapped with film to produce a bulls-eye shrinkwrapped package.

The intermittent motion 200 Series is perfect for taking one product that is unsupported (is not in a tray or on a pad) and turning it into a multipack. There are a variety of standard and custom collation systems to achieve the desired multipack configuration. The product is contained and assisted through the entire shrink wrapping process. This bullseye wrapping system multi-packing machine solution is unique in its ability to shrink wrap products without overheating them. Using the tunnel discharge cooling station, the film is quickly cooled for the preservation of the product.

Versatility of the patented 5100 Series bundler starts with the option of a single lane or dual lane for higher speeds and is followed by multiple high speed collation solutions such as feed screws and upenders. The lane and collation system divided product into pre-configured pack patterns. Once divided into two-packs, three-packs, etc., they are wrapped and exit on an optional powered discharge conveyor. Speeds reach up to 100 bundles per minute on this all servo designed bundler. User-friendly attributes include no change parts and digital readouts and scales for simples changeovers. Standard features include servo flight bar, servo seal frame and servo lane divider. High speed packaging lines necessitate the 5200 Series continuous motion side in-feed bundler. Product can be conveyed into a single lane or dual lane to achieve even higher speeds. Unsupported product (product not in a tray or on a pad) is automatically collated into two-packs, three-packs, etc., then sent into the bundling and cooling stations. Standard features include a servo lane divider, servo seal bar, servo main pusher, servo stacker. With all these “standards” the only option is the Tekkra 5200 series.
