We started as a small kiosk in a mall and from there onwards we procured franchise opportunities with a major us wireless service provider. At the moment we have three retail outlets in alabama and florida. We are looking to expand to 5 retail outlets by 2006. We are expanding into the golbal market basically as a supplier of wholesale products. In the interest of our customers, and to safeguard their own security and ours, we are listing below some of our policies, there will be no exceptions to this policy. Please email us directly to place your order, upon acceptance we will call you for order verification, once your order is verified, we will send you an invoice. On receipt of payment, your items will be shipped. Please allow 14 days for delivery. All items are shipped with full insurance coverage. No exceptions 1. All products for sale at the time will be listed under trade leads/products. If you do not see a product or model listed, than it may not be available for sale at this moment. Please check frequently as we will list new products for sale/trade leads as they become available.2. All items will be shipped after payment has been received. If you pay us via check, your items will be shipped once your check has cleared the bank.3. If you are an international buyer, we will only ship via fedex, UPS or usps global mail with a tracking number for your convenience as well as ours.4. All items are shipped within 48 hours of payment receipt and clearance, you should expect delivery in 14 days or less depending on your location. All items are shipped with appropriate insurance coverage.5. Our refund policy is simple. If you get a product that is not working or seems to have been mis-represented in any way, please contact us immediately via email or phone. We will issue you a refund of the full amount in your original mode of payment. For example, if you paid with a credit card, your credit card will be refunded if you paid with a check, you will receive a check.6. We do not trade with agents/dealers in any part of Africa. We do understand that there maybe lots of legitimate business people in Africa, but due to alot of scams originating from Africa, we are forced to take this position. We will not sell/trade/buy anything from any supplier/buyer in any part of Africa. If you read this before you email us, you will save your time. We will not read your messages, period7. Before shipment, our company representative will call your office to confirm your order. We do this for all orders to authenticate the transaction. So please list a working phone number when you contact us for a quote or to complete a transaction. Without some sort of contact, we will not process the order. For the safety and reliability of our service and your conveneince, we will have to speak to a representative of your company who is authorised to make decisions on purchases/orders/payments/shipping.8. We accept payment via paypal moneybookers bidpay if you are using a credit card or direct bank account debit. We also accept bank check, international money order or company check but please keep in mind, if you pay via check, your order will only be shipped after your check has been processed.
