David Rounds heavy duty, floor mounted, freestanding jib cranes are designed and constructed for industrial use with years of trouble free service. The crane boom is fabricated out of a steel S or W shaped I beam and has removable end stops. A machined lower roller carriage is housed in the jib crane head section that feature heavy steel side plates. The lower roller carriage is mounted on adjustable tension bolts to allow for field adjustments. The support column for the freestanding jib crane is constructed out of steel pipe with a heavy base plate and reinforcing gussets. These freestanding jib cranes are designed for indoor use, and can be custom-modified for most outdoor applications.

David Rounds corrosion-resistant hoists are ideal for sanitary processing environments or anywhere a cleanroom hoist is required such as pharmaceutical, food processing or electronics manufacturing.

All 12, 1, and 2 ton models are H4 rated and built almost entirely from stainless steel.
