The KLP Coilwedge System is a one-size-fits-all product designed for two-level storage of coils. The technology combines advantages of both Rollstops and Storageblocks, which increases the flexibility of storage options for a facility. Most choose this product for the long, wedged beams that offer safer storage for wide to narrow coils, or even bundled slit coils.

The Stationary Slit Coil Rack is our original rack. These racks are specifically designed to protect coils with non-marking pads at the base. Two options for the posts of this rack are all steel or steel covered with polymeric material for added protection of the coils. This rack is ideal for surface sensitive coils.

The Floor Slit Coil Racks are specifically designed for non-surface critical coils. This all steel rack is high quality and heavy duty. This rack can be supplied with permanent end posts measuring 2.50 sq. x 60 ht. This product is our most economical slit coil rack.

The Fixflex Racking System has been designed to store tubular products in a safe and effective way. This technology is long lasting and reusable, with a proven track record of more than 20 years of safe operation. The material used is UV resistant over a wide temperature range, meaning it does not crack or degrade under influence of sun light. Most use this product to replace current wood designs and it is a practical choice for easy stock taking and visual inspection.

The Oilstop Tray is an additional benefit designed for the KLP Rollstop System. It fits easily in between the Rollstops and locks in place. The inside containment area is approximately 14.50"W x 18.50"L x 1.375"D.

The Lankhorst KLP Storageblocks are manufactured from superior load-bearing plastics. This product is offered in a number of dimensions and chock angles up to 15 degrees, comparable with the RollStops and Rollcradles. The KLP Storageblocks are usually intended for one-level storage to prevent coil damage and rolling. Most choose this product for temporary storage for regular coils or slit coils and better floor management.

Lankhorst KLP Oiltrays are an excellent choice for optimal coil storage. These products are offered in a variety of sizes in order to fit different coil diameters and widths. The oiltray has a center groove to contain and centralize the drainage of oil, making the process simple and effective. Most use this product for hassle-free installation and ease of movement within the facility

Mandrel Sleeves are designed for custom applications and to meet specific project requirements. The sleeves are made from a number of elastomeric compounds with various durometers and texture. The sleeves improve plant production rates by decreasing maintenance down time and reducing coil damage. This product is lightweight and provides for ease of installation.

Pipe Storage Rack Sleeves are customized to fit all shapes and sizes for the vertical posts of storage racks. The rack sleeves are designed to reduce damage to your pipe, tube and bar stock. The sleeves are easily installed and replaced, which makes utilization a more cost-effective process.

Steel Mill C-Hook and Lifter Pads are designed to reduce damage as inventory is transferred around the facility. These pads are made to order and can therefore include grooves and holes for bolting and bonding to steel. The pads are made from durable and resilient materials, which are typically bonded to the existing hooks. They can also be shaped to specifications as needed for improved performance.
