Our product range comtains a wide range of Rail Lubrication Equipment, LubriCurve Mechanical Trackside Applicators, Wheel Sensor Conversion Kits, Electric Track side Retrofit Kits and GearMate
Whitmore has a long history of innovation. Our AccuTrack Electric Trackside Applicators provide technological advancements mechanical and hydraulic lubricators can’t offer. In fact, one electric unit can typically replace several older non-electrical lubricators. Our electric applicators are available powered by battery, solar, wind, solar and wind or an AC power source. Flexibility like this allows you to choose the system that suits every environment. Standard system pumping distance is typically up to 50 feet. These units have a robust waterproof cabinet with a convenient filling hatch.
Whitmore Rail offers a highly efficient, cost-effective mechanical trackside applicator called LubriCurve.® LubriCurve provides adjustable grease output when and where it’s needed. It increases rail and wheel life, while it reduces wheel squeal and flanging noise. LubriCurve is ideal for high or low speed traffic and has minimal plunger movement. LubriCurve 80lb reservoirs are available with single or dual EasiPump™ options. The reservoirs are robust, lightweight and designed for quick fill. Reservoirs are filled with a lever action dispenser pump and pail. The EasiPump dispenses a consistent grease volume into the wiping bars for precise delivery of grease to the wheel flange. Wiping bars are available in 16" and 24" sizes. They can be fitted for high and check rail lubrication, or both for reverse curve lubrication from one reservoir. Grease output rates vary depending on factors such as wheel shape, speed and plunger placement.
Whitmore Rail now offers a Wheel Sensor Conversion Kit for competitive electronic wayside lubrication systems. Whitmore Rail Wheel Sensor Assembly with mounting bracket for 115RE-141RE rail sizes (gauge or field side mounting) Wheel Sensor Cable Assembly with rubber booted connectors on each end and Adapter Box for connection to competitive lubricator Control Box (Whitmore Rail Wheel Sensor Assembly Kits can be ordered with or without cable assembly)
Whitmore Rail Retrofit Kits for Protector III and Protector IV electric trackside lubricators provide a volume based pumping system. They can be powered by battery, solar, wind, solar and wind or an AC power source. Flexibility like this allows you to choose the system that suits every environment. Standard system pumping distance is typically up to 50 feet. We also offer optional slope plates for older Protector IV models that improve the inlet condition of the pump and increase usable curve lubricant capacity.
A premium, lithium complex, high-performance, extreme pressure lubricant designed for use on open gears and other severe applications like mining draglines, and shovels, ball mills and kilns. GearMate® 1000 meets Bucyrus specification SD4713.
