The SMEMA Conveyor H-Series accommodate the higher forces for larger applications without sacrificing any flexibility. The stout “H-Frame” design can maintain planarity between the thermal tooling and the part holding fixturing or “Pallets”, even under extreme forces! Our systems can include any manufacture of SMEMA Conveyor or be designed upon existing conveyor lines to allow for the maximum ease in integration of these systems for our customers. The Multi-WorkStation System can be installed into any automated production line. Each WorkStation can function as a standalone workcell or function as part of a multi-operation assembly process. The Multi-WorkStation System utilizes a centralized common control cabinet. The WorkStation concept is based upon our popular open-format C Series. “Low-Cost Convenience for Prototyping” The Manual Thermal Press or “Hand Press” series (Model MTP & MTP-C) are versatile test laboratory-style machines for non-production or prototyping applications. It is a cost effective solution for many prototyping applications andor for extremely low production volumes. Like all of our other lines of Thermal Press systems, it is fully integrateable and can easily sit on most work benches or tables. Servo Actuator for advanced motion & process control Thermal Press provide many choices for Servos Actuators, to meet ALL of your most demanding advanced motion and force requirements. A Thermal Press Machine with the Servo Actuator provides a much more advanced motion control capability versus a standard pneumatic actuator, as well as the extremely accurate distance control capabilities of the servo. Our Machines and Solutions with our Servo Actuators include complete programmable motion controls and the ability to save multiple motion profiles within the existing stored Recipe infrastructure. Servo Actuator option allows for an Operator (Password protected, of course) to program the Rate of Motions, Hold &or Pause Times between motions via the integrated Touchscreen (HMI).
