Wire Reinforced Flexpipe

60TMH Wire Reinforced Flexpipe
Thorburns 60TMH Flexpipe is custom designed for use in piping
systems that require isolation and absorption of severe noise, vibration,
misalignment, lateral deflection and movements caused by mechanical
or temperature changes. The 60TMH Flexpipe system replaces metal
piping and is optimal for pipelines requiring resistance to electrolysis,
corrosion, abrasion and water hammering.

TUBE: Available with various tube compounds wall thickness with
smooth or corrugated construction as determined by the application and

REINFORCEMENT: Multiple layers of precisely angled cross woven
fabric with calendared polyester or fiberglass fabric. Integrally built with
an evenly spaced heavy duty helix spring wire or annular rings that
withstand the rated working pressures from full vacuum to 1000 psi
(70 bar). Can be designed to support a minimum bend radius from two
times the diameter or maintain unsupported rigidity over long lengths.

COVER: Available with various cover compounds and wall thicknesses
with smooth or corrugated construction as determined by the application

SPECIAL NOTES:
1. Thorburns 60TMH assemblies are custom designed for specific applications, therefore
the construction may vary depending on pressure, bend radius requirements & media.
2. The standard bend radius is typically 6X ID.
3. Corrugating the cover and tube will improve the bend radius at lower pressures.
4. Incorporating annular rings with a smooth tube and cover will improve the bend radius
at high pressures.
5. The forces required to make a bend have a direct relation to the pressure.
6. Arches can be added to provide axial movement.

THORFLEX type SSPPGP are composite hoses specifically
designed for service with a large variety of industrial petro-chemicals
in use today. Chemical resistance is achieved by the use of 6 seamless
polypropylene tubes incorporated in the body of each hose. The
seamless tubes eliminate any potential leak paths but does not sacrifice
liability, flexibility, durability or safety in any way.
Thorflex type SSTSGT hose is constructed around a PTFE inner
liner, backed up by solid polypropylene tubes and reinforced with
high-strength, high-density polyethylene fabric. The unique chemically
inert qualities of PTFE make this an ideal hose for transfer of particularly

Thorburn Flex offers safety spray shields manufactured with a nonporous,
100% PTFE mul-direconal TLFP material. THOR-SHIELD
TLFP Spray Shields guarantee performance against harmful spray out
and leakage regardless of severity and duraon of chemical exposure.
Many materials used for spray shields, like PTFE coated fiberglass, can
be weakened by challenging industrial environments and oen require
monitoring. With the THOR-SHIELD TLFP Spray Shield, the body
and drawstrings are all made of 100% PTFE. This ensures that the
worker safety will not be jeopardized by degraded materials of a
spray shield in the event of a spray out at a flange.
Since THOR-SHIELD TLFP Spray Shield will be unaffected by even the most corrosive chemical environments, chemical capability
tables do not need to be referenced.
The translucent material used in the THOR-SHIELD TLFP Spray Shield allows safe and easy detecon of
moisture leakage at a flange. If leakage does occur at the flange, the spray shield can be cleaned and
reused without concern for weakening due to chemical aack.
THOR-SHIELD TLFP Spray Shields can be used in a pH range of 1-14 and a temperature range of
-340F (-207C) to 600F (316C). The versality and cost-effecveness of this type of spray shield
allows it to be used in almost all industrial sengs such as marine, offshore, pharmaceucal,
chemical processing, FDA approved, cryogenic, and clean room applicaons.

Omeg Dry Break Quick Coupling

NT92 - Omega Dry Break Quick Coupling
NT92 Series O-Mega Dry Break Quick Coupling is specifically designed to
prevent radioacve resin valve blockage spillage during the disconnecng
process. This unique coupling consist of a female end having a concave
ball valve and a male end having a convex ball valve that are machined to
eliminate any spaces between the ball valves. Added to the design is a
cavity filler and a revoluonary O-Mega Sealing Process. The seal isin
tension not compressed yielding a superior seal with greater strength and
longer cycle life. Thorburns O-Mega coupling provides the soluon to
resin blocking poppet type valve quick couplings which spill radio acve

NT9NT92 - Omega Easy to Operate
The NT92 O-Mega coupling has an easy turn acon to connect and start the product flow. The valves will not open
unl both coupling halves are connected properly. The coupling halves are first aligned and then connected with a push,
followed by a quarter turn. There are no threads to damage by over ghtening and no failure prone cam and groove
latch connecons to secure. The coupling halves are independent shut off ball valves that are controlled manually by
rotang the valve handles in sequence providing unrestricted high flow in either direcon.
