TKD is a full-service fabricator providing all pre and post-laser cutting services. We also provide quick setups and low tooling costs, making fabrication of prototype projects feasible and cost-effective. Capabilities: We offer a full range of metal forming up to 175 tons, as-well-as all standard welding processes on a wide array of metals and structures. We will also perform machining processes such as grinding, sanding and blasting through our full-service machining facility. Finishing includes vibratory finishing as well as painting with the final assembly of the product. To assure complete customer satisfaction, products undergo various tests and approval procedures throughout the production process.

TKD is a precision manufacturer of all types of machined parts. We utilize CNC lathes, CNC verticalhorizontal mills, and EDM which is one of the most accurate manufacturing processes available for creating complex or simple shapes and geometrics within parts and assemblies.Some of the many materials we use: Iron, brass, aluminum, copper, titanium, stainless, and plastics. We also machine precision finished parts from near net shapes such as forgings, castings, extrusions, die-castings, investment castings and flame cut blanks.Capabilities: Machine work is also done utilizing manual milling machines, lathes, and grinders to produce fixtures, dies, molds, or low quantities.We also use milling machines, drilling, tapping machines, thread rollers, landis threaders, multi-spindle drills and broaches in conjunction with our CNC machines to design work cells for a lean manufacturing process so we can manufacture parts to specification at the lowest cost.
