Our product range comtains a wide range of CNC Milling of Aluminum FRL Bracket, Custom Machined Brass Fitting, Custom Machined Aluminum Hydraulic Segment, Brass Chrome Barb and CNC Milling of Extruded Aluminum Day Gate Latch
A medical industry client recently contracted TMF, Incorporated to build two hundred and fifty chrome barbs used within a sterile operating room for surgical applications. Using our advanced CNC turning and chrome plating capabilities, we were able to manufacture our customer's products, fulfilling all their project requirements. Meeting a tight (+-) .003 of an inch precision tolerance, TMF constructed this series of chrome barbs based on a customer-supplied, 2D print. We manufactured each barb from 360 brass material and employed our advanced CNC lathe to cut the parts to measure precisely 2 ½ inches in length and ¾ of an inch in outer diameter. We additionally conducted a number of machining operations to finish these parts, including facing, rough turning, finish turning, threading, and drilling.
TMF, Incorporated was recently hired by a client to CNC mill a series of extruded aluminum day gate latches for the security industry. This day gate latch is constructed from 6061-T6 aluminum material and is used to hold shut day gate doors within banks. The latch also consists of one solid piece containing no moving parts. Using our advanced milling machinery, which can uphold precision tolerances as low as (+-) .010 of an inch, we milled this part to measure 2 inches in length, 3 inches in width, and 316 of an inch in thickness. The latch also weighed 6 ounces. In addition, we milled all latch windows, drilled all necessary holes, and tapped all threads – machining this part complete based off a customer supplied print. After the CNC milling process was finished, we then employed our vibratory tumble finishing equipment to debur the final products ensuring that they possessed no sharp edges. After the day gate latches were processed, we then fully inspected each component to ensure they met with all of our client's unique product requirements. Once the day gate latches were ready for shipment, we delivered all 1, 000 requested units to our client's facility in Siler City, North Carolina. This extruded aluminum day gate latch is essential in ensuring the security of multiple banks and private buildings. Therefore, this part needed to be properly machined to meet our client's precise specifications. With a reputation for manufacturing high-quality, precision components, TMF was entrusted with this job. Our ROHS compliant shop is equipped with advanced milling machinery able to hold the tight tolerances necessary to properly manufacture these parts. These extruded aluminum day gate latches met with ultimate customer satisfaction.
A client recently contracted TMF, Incorporated to manufacture a series of FRL brackets. Used within a pneumatics application, these brackets were constructed based off a customer-supplied, 2D print in order to meet our client's precise product requirements. Using our advanced milling machinery, which met an extremely tight (+-) .005 of an inch precision tolerance, we built each unit to measure precisely 2 inches in length, 7-14 inches in width, and 18 of an inch in thickness. Each part also weighed approximately 5 ounces. Machining operations included milling the bracket's profile and slots, as well as drilling and countersinking all holes at precise locations. The FRL brackets were constructed from 6061-T6 aluminum material and were provided a black anodized finish, which endowed the brackets with increased weather and corrosion resistance. This high-quality coating met all plating specifications. We also built each part to possess a low profile.
This brass fitting for the pneumatic industry was custom machined by TMF Inc using CNC milling, threading, and plating processes. The fitting was made to customer specifications using 360 free machining brass materials and a plastic cap so it could function effectively in a heating and cooling coil environment. After a quality review the brass fitting was delivered to a customer in Oxford, Connecticut. Contact TMF to learn more about our custom machining capabilities.
TMF completed work for a client involving an Aluminum Hydraulic Segment for the hydraulicpneumatics industry. The 6061 aluminum part required maintenance, so TMF utilized CNC Milling, and then anodized plating once complete. This aluminum hydraulic segment is ROHS compliant and custom machined with +- .003 tolerances.
