Top Line sanitary clamps made of type 304 stainless steel are available in four styles; single pin (13LAH), doublee pin (13MHHM), three segmented (13MHHS) and high pressure (13MHP). The high pressure clamps are assembled with two bolts where as the single pin, double pin and three segmented clamps are hinged and use a single bolt with a wing nut. These items are used when securing two sanitary clamp components together with the use of a special sanitary gasket. TOP-FLO sanitary ball check valves are used to prevent the backflow of fluid in sanitary systems and to minimize pressure drop across the valve. The vertical installation orientation of TOP-FLO ball check valves utilizes the fluid head pressure behind the ball when there is zero flow and the valve is in the closed position to ensure positive shut off across the elastomer seat.

The newly developed Series MKP-Bio offers you an excellent solution for aseptic applications in the pharmaceutical, biotech, food industry and other sanitary processes. The pump has been developed and designed according to the EHEDG recommendations and takes in to account VDMA 24432 and EN 12462 standards.
