Tradewinds' marine generator sets are designed to operate for extended periods with minimal maintenance. Based in Florida, we better understand marine power requirements. Our compactly designed packages are easier to install, quiet and weigh less, to reduce overall fuel consumption.

Tradewinds has considerable experience in packaging pumps for a variety of applications. We can configure a diesel engine driven pump combination to provide the exact flow and pressures you require. Provide us with the performance parameters and we will assemble a quality centrifugal (manual or auto prime), turbine or submersible pump set to match. Whether it's for agriculture, commercial, industrial, municipal, stationary or mobile, international or domestic use we have the product you require.

Our auto prime pump packages use John Deere, Perkins diesel engines. All these engines are used extensively in pumping applications and have a well proven reputation for reliability and durability. Pump packages are available in open, weather-protected, sound-attenuated, land-based and mobile configurations. All pumps are fully automatic dry prime, vacuum assisted and run dry pumps. Sizes range from 4 inch to 12 inch. We use programmable controllers with auto start and speed ramp up down features, along with multiple inputs for floats or timers. There are optional connections for Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition telemetry.

Over the last three decades, we have developed a wide range of marine products for many clients. The largest marine applications we serve are power generation and propulsion. Propulsion We offer the marine propulsion market two engine platforms, John Deere and Sabre. Both engines come from pedigrees that are well able to stand up to the rigors of the marine market, but at the same time provide the power-to-weight ratios and fuel consumption advantages the market requires. The Tradewinds engineering team works our dealer network to assist dealers in the correct application and selection of the optimum marine propulsion unit. We believe every boat is an individual application. We select the best engine and transmission to the performance specification of your application.

Building on our long-term relationships with world renowned diesel engine manufacturers John Deere and Perkins, we assemble a comprehensive selection of diesel powered sets, ranging from 9 kW to several megawatts. In addition to our comprehensive product lineup, we build to individual customer specifications. Our generator sets supply primary and standby power to meet specifications covering commercial, industrial, municipal, oil and gas, telecommunication, construction, residential and agricultural applications. Our controls are easy to use and provide all the functions needed for reliable generator control. Sets are available in open, weather-protected, and sound-attenuated configurations.
