As an authorized Roadtec service center, we offer round-the-clock repair plus support services to customers in Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, and Wisconsin. Tri-County specializes in repairing, rebuilding, and reconditioning Roadtec cold planers, asphalt pavers, soil stabilizers, plus material transfer vehicles. Our fully equipped repair shop and a fleet of five service trucks enable us to meet your in shop as well as field equipment repair needs. Certified technicians perform diagnostic testinginspection to assess the the condition of your equipment and the type of repair required. With extensive experience from minor repairs to complete machine rebuilds we can restore your machine to OEM specifications. Each service truck is fully equipped with air, welding, cutting equipment and cranes for broad service capabilities. In addition to complete component rebuilding, Tri-County offers periodic preventive maintenance programs designed to ensure the safety and longevity of your Roadtec equipment. These maintenance checks also reduce your equipment downtime and increase productivity.

With our extensive experience in the repair and refurbishment of equipment and components we take great pride in our ability to restore machines and attachments to like new condition. We do complete overhauls of engines, transmission, control systems, hydraulic systems, and power transfer drive systems. We can even make arrangements to pick up and return your machine to you when it is complete. The equipment we have for sale has been complete inspected prior to repair and has documentation available covering the initial inspection, the work accomplished, and the final checklist. A selection of exchange compactor wheels are also available for wheel repairs and or cleat replacements.

Studs are available in many materials and configurations and can be easily installed with simple hand tools. Studs are manufactured to MS, AS, MIL I, NAS, NASM, EN, NA, NSA, Standards and more or to specific customer requirements. Studs, bolts, screws, nuts & washers as well as related specialty hardware certified to MIL-I-45208A.
