Kiss cutting is the process of die cutting a part with adhesive and leaving the part on the release liner. This process allows for parts to be produced in rolls or sheets. The webbing or matrix can be removed for ease of handling. Parts that do not have adhesive can still be kiss cut using a low tack liner. Kiss cutting of parts allows for easy removal of liners for parts that have adhesive.

We offer computer controlled lathe and rewind slitting. Rewind slitting is typically used to slit very hard materials that can not be lathe slit. In addition, rewind slitting allows you to make smaller length rolls on different core sizes.

Automated and hand assemblies are value added services that TSG, Inc. provides. Our plant in Mexico and in Georgia both provides assembly services. TSG, Inc. has engineered and produced equipment to make subassemblies cost effective with a repeatable process.

Plastic extrusions are a high volume manufacturing process where raw plastic pellets are melted and formed into a continuous profile. TSG, Inc. extruders all have automated and computerized saws that allow the extrusion to be cut while the extrusion line is moving. Our equipment can extrude a variety of different materials, such as Acrylic and Polycarbonate resins.

Ultrasonic welding is a technique whereby high-frequency ultrasonic acoustic vibrations are applied to plastics that are being held together under pressure to create a solid-state weld. It is commonly used for joining dissimilar materials. In ultrasonic welding, there are no connective bolts, nails, soldering materials, or adhesives necessary to bind the materials together.

With facilities located in Americus, Georgia and Guadalupe, Mexico, we offer die cutting services, such as flat bed, rotary and large platen head die cutting for larger parts.

Our products include gaskets, seals, electrical insulators, high temperature insulation, EMI-RFI Shielding, Thermal Management, and acoustical insulation.

These materials include, but are not limited to, acrylic foam tapes, fabrics, felt, foam, fiberglass, and ceramic insulation. We cut just about every type of rubber or plastic product available. Some include Polyurethane, EPDM, PVC, Neoprene, Cross Link Polyethylene, Polyether, Polyester, and Silicone.
