TUBE WORKS EXACTA BEND CONTROLLER
Our EXACTA BEND controller for CNC and NC tube benders is compatible with many brands of tube enders as a retrofit. It is also available with every new or rebuilt machine from Tube Works. The controller is PAC based using high quality components. The EXACTA BEND controller provides reliable and efficient control of CNC and NC tube benders. Exacta Bend Controllers include the following features:

True bend arm position resolution of 0.0125 degrees
Create, store, recall, and execute 10, 000 + part programs
Program multiple bends for each part
Variable acceleration and deceleration angles for each bend

Coil Bending
Tube works can meet your helical coil or serpentine bending needs. .Our machines use a heavy-duty ball screw on our collet carriage to force tube or pipe through roller dies. Compound radiuses can be achieved by moving the roller dies while the work piece is being bent.

Split Die Bending
For applications where bend radiuses greater than 180 degrees are needed but a coil bender is not required, a split bend die can be used. A split bend die (top and bottom half) allows the tube to be removed at the end of the bend.Split dies are also common in square and irregular tube bending.
