THE US J RPD TOWING NOZZLE is a 6 rear nozzle with a 516” hole machined through the nose cone for use in towing CCTV cameras through pipelines. The overall length of the nozzle is 3.1 inches, and it is excellent for vertical pipe cleaning applications and suitable for 2, 000 – 10, 000 PSI and 14 – 65 GPM.

Monro nozzles apply a zero degree water stream in an orbital path to surfaces for enhanced cleaning and cutting power. Monro nozzles are usually attached to a Dump Gun and are an excellent choice for surface cleaning, hydro-excavation, and some cutting. They are commonly used with vacuum excavation units. They can be configured for use at pressures up to 12, 000 PSI.

USJ Penetrator is a great nozzle to use in pipes with hard blockages such as packed debris or ice. The Penetrator is available with 12” male or female thread and is suitable for a 4018 only, but adapters are available for different size hoses. The effectiveness is due to the close position between the forward jet and six rear jets. The forward jet only has to bore a small opening in a blockage to allow the full cleaning force of the rear jets to clear the remainder of blockage. Once a fully bored hole is created, a larger diameter nozzle can be used to more thoroughly clean the pipe.

The US Jetting Vac Pump has a 2 inch diameter intake and contains 20 feet of discharge hose. When connected to a 12″ high pressure jetting hose, four streams of pressurized water shoot in a combined stream away from the pump intake. The high velocity of the water streams creates a venturi vacuum, drawing liquids and debris into the pump. Vac Pumps are very useful for cleaning after a pipeline blockage has been removed. Waste sludge material can be cleaned up with the vacuum, and the liquefied sludge can be flushed down an open drain for disposal.

The all-purpose nozzle is great for everyday usage to open up pipes and clear blockages. It is specifically designed for use with 12″ high pressure jetting hose and pressures up to 6, 000 PSI. The rounded RPD nozzle easily negotiates pipe bends and elbows.
