Machined from high quality stainless steel, RPD nozzles have a unique two component design. The RPD series of nozzles provide optimum drain cleaning in pipe diameters from 4 inch upwards. The all-purpose nozzle is great for everyday usage to open up pipes and clear blockages. It is specifically designed for use with 12 high pressure jetting hose and pressures up to 6, 000 PSI. The rounded RPD nozzle easily negotiates pipe bends and elbows.

The PDR Nozzle is great in pipes with heavy sand, dirt, and debris deposits. The four replaceable rear fan or straight jets allow the nozzle to have a wide spray pattern uniquely suited for cleaning larger diameter pipes. A front port is optional for a forward firing jet. The medium weight PDR nozzle is machined from high quality naval brass and will follow the pipe bottom to thoroughly clean heavy debris. It is designed for use in 6 inch or larger pipes, but when skid mounted, the spray pattern will cover 24 diameter pipes. The 9 drain extension is included.

The Slim Spin Nozzle is a unique water lubricated rotary nozzle. Slim spin nozzles use ceramic inserts recessed into the rotary collar for protection. They are excellent for 2 8 pipe cleaning applications.

USJ Penetrator is a great nozzle to use in pipes with hard blockages such as packed debris or ice. The Penetrator is available with 12 male or female thread and is suitable for a 4018 only, but adapters are available for different size hoses. The effectiveness is due to the close position between the forward jet and six rear jets. The forward jet only has to bore a small opening in a blockage to allow the full cleaning force of the rear jets to clear the remainder of blockage. Once a fully bored hole is created, a larger diameter nozzle can be used to more thoroughly clean the pipe.

THE US J RPD TOWING NOZZLE is a 6 rear nozzle with a 516 hole machined through the nose cone for use in towing CCTV cameras through pipelines. The overall length of the nozzle is 3.1 inches, and it is excellent for vertical pipe cleaning applications and suitable for 2, 000 10, 000 PSI and 14 65 GPM.

The Hummer Nozzle combines the forward orbital spray pattern with rear jets for propulsion. The concentrated high speed front spray pattern is a zero degree stream of water rotating in a 30 degree orbital path providing intense penetration and cleaning. This concentrated water stream can bore through the hardest blockage or the toughest root mass. This nozzle works best in pipes 3 12.
