This Assam is Tippy Golden Flowery Orange Pekoe (TGFOP) from the Kondoli Estate, which is known for its consistent leaf quality and exquisite liquor. Wonderfully dark leaves create this copper-colored cup, which is full-flavored and delicious.

Proclaimed as the best seasoning aboard, Cannonball Rub is highly prized across the 7 seas. Designed as a red meat rub, we've experimented over the years and found it goes equally well on fowl and will add it's flavor to the drippings, making the best gravy ever. It's been used as a seasoning in shrimp dishes with equally delicious results.
