Proclaimed as the best seasoning aboard, Cannonball Rub is highly prized across the 7 seas. Designed as a red meat rub, we've experimented over the years and found it goes equally well on fowl and will add it's flavor to the drippings, making the best gravy ever. It's been used as a seasoning in shrimp dishes with equally delicious results.
Apricot tea is a wonderful blend of tantalizing flavors and colors! Black tea supplies a rich foundation of full-bodied taste, while the real pieces of apricot nestle among the leaves and impart a natural sweetness to the dark red infusion. Calendula petals, also known as marigolds, enhance the blend with the floral fragrance of springtime and introduce a spray of gold. It tastes as good as it smells.
This mouth-watering tea fills the room with the smell of home-made apple pie. Our Apple Pie tea starts with silky red rooibos, a tea high in antioxidants and beneficial alpha hydroxy acids. Add pieces of real apple, calendula petals, and chunks of cinnamon to create a tea that is warming and full of flavor. Naturally sweet and inviting, Apple Pie tastes too good to be good for you, but it is. (HINT: the longer you steep it, the sweeter it gets as the juices steep out of the apple bits).
A brisk, warming black tea with orange notes and strong clove aromatics, this warm smelling tea is great for holidays or cold winter nights. Serve black with lemon and sugar, but we do not recommend adding milk or cream, as the citrus oils will cause the milk to curdle. With so much citrus, there is no fear of scurvy on board your vessel!
