The U-Vue by UEMSIHTV is a color push camera system that revolutionizes UEMSIHTVs already
highly respected product line. It is American made, and has become the industry standard for
quality and durability.

Having backwards compatibility, the U-Vue power control unit (PCU) will work with almost any
UEMSI HTV push reel and camera head from the past 27 years. With features like a Pelican case
housing the monitor and control unit, a touchscreen DVR that records to
a USB thumb drive or SD card, and available Wi-Fi for transferring les to a smart phone or tablet,
you will have a system like no other. Best of all, the enre monitor and control unit assembly is
water resistant, so it can be used in wet weather without concern.

The push reel comes equipped with 200 of UEMSIHTVs proven multiconductor, nylon-jacketed video
push cable. This cable is the strongest in the industry enabling the user to push long runs, yet
exible to handle tight corners in small pipe. A water-blocking gel is included inside the cable to
prevent water inltration, if it were to become damaged.

The standard CM-1 color camera head has been time- tested, giving people many years of dependable
service.

2.25 in diameter, 3 long, and has 12 high-output LEDs.

IntelaVue, from UEMSIHTV, is an asset management telemetry tool designed for mobile and stationary equipment. This telemetry device is used to help maintain and manage the safe operational range of the OEMs equipment specifications. With this mission in mind, IntelaVue aids in eliminating breakdowns and down time while assisting in scheduling maintenance and diagnosing problems.

IntelaVue simultaneously collects data from a variety of specialized channel sensors. These channels are specific to function type and can have multiple input points from the various forms of equipment mounted on a truck chassis, and are linked together with a can-bus harness system

The IntelaVues eight available channel sensors are:

Standard

1. Time of operation and GPS
2. Vibration: Fan, blower, water or hydraulic pump, or transfer case
3. Oil Temperature: Water pump crank case, transfer cases, speed increase
4. Air Temperature: Vacuum fan or PD blower outlet temperature
5. WaterOil Sensor: Water contamination in crankcase oil, or blowers, transfer case, water pumps
Optional

6. RPM: Pump or fanblower speed;
7. Pump Pressure: Water or oil
8. Vacuum: Inches of mercury
IntelaVue comes ready to install with all five standard sensors. Additional sensors are available for each channel should additional sensor points be required.

IntelaVues micro-processor has preset function parameters that are also field adjustable. The parameters are set according to the OEMs function and performance data. Performance data is monitored and updated by IntelaVues microprocessor every three seconds.

Each channel is associated with a multicolored LED light that illuminates three important color ranges for each specific setting to indicate status of operation:

1. Green illumination for normal operation,
2. Yellow illumination for caution, the operating performance is at the very edge of going out of the normal operating condition.
3. Red illumination indicates the operation is outside of the OEM specified safe operational range.
The LCD display also changes to the corresponding LED light color of any change from the normal operating condition. IntelaVue also has an audio alarm should any channels go into the Red operational range.

IntelaVue has the ability to record and store data being collected for service and performance analysis. This technology allows the end-user to not only look at the performance of their high-dollar assets, but see to it that it is lasting for years to come, with proper service.

IntelaVue's other unique feature is the Intela App. IntelaVue will transmit all alarms and performance data to the operator's smart phone or tablet with the Intela App via Blue Tooth, assuring the operator is kept informed via a clean, easy-to-use App that allows fluid real-time performance. IntelaVue is expandable in nature to allow the transmission of data to the home, shop or office.

These swage machines, dies and pushers are factory OEM supplied from Piranha Hose Products. They are not aftermarket, therefore maintaining safety and product integrity.

The PHP110 does not use a conventional, fabricated and welded frame. Instead, the heart for the PHP110 machine is a 12-ton replaceable hydraulic jack, which is mounted to a 1 thick steel platform base. Two 78 diameter truss rods extend from the base and serve as the spine of the PHP110, each offering 69, 000 lbs. tensile strength to the machines movable components.

The PHP110 was designed to be fully field serviceable, with each component being offered as a replacement part; keeping the users investment operating for many years, with down time at a minimum.

The PHP110 platform base has predrilled mounting holes so the versatile PHP110 can be mounted via bolts to the top of a work bench or the deck of a sewer cleaning machine.

If the user prefers to keep the machine mobile between jobs or vehicles, the PHP110 platform base is predrilled and tapped to attach the standard-supplied wheel kit, offering an 8 wide stance for stability while pushing or pulling the machine around a shop or out in the field.

The PHP110 also offers a kickstand stabilizer tube. This tube helps keep the machine stable and upright while jacking the pump during use.

Piranha Portable Hand Swage Machine - [18" - 1 14" Hose]

The Piranha Hand Swage Machine, aka 'The Knuckle Buster' is the most basic swage machine to mend or install an end on a 18" - 1 14" cleaning hose.

Its horizontal design uses two threaded bolts that are manually rotated with a wrench to pull the dies together to complete the fitting to hose swaging process. Hat style pushers and dies are used in this basic swaging machine.

All assembly tooling is designed and manufactured to be compatible with the Piranha Hose Products supplied swaging machines.

This die set is intended for use with 1 14" 2500 PSI Piranha hose.

These dies are factory OEM supplied from Piranha Hose Products. They are not aftermarket, therefore maintaining safety and product integrity.

End fittings and menders for thermoplastic hose are not interchangeable. It is essential that hose, end fittings, menders and tooling be properly matched. Identification of Piranha Hose Products is simple. The inner tube of all Piranha Sewer Cleaning Hose is yellow as assigned by WASTEC. To assure proper matching of all components, the hose tube material, end fittings, menders and tooling are color coded yellow. While there may be several sources for end fittings and assembly tooling that bear the yellow color coding, for safety, and reliability - end fittings and assembly tooling should be purchased directly from Piranha Hose Products. A Piranha supplied swaging machine is required for the installation of end fittings and menders for Piranha sewer hose.

All assembly tooling is designed and manufactured to be compatible with the Piranha Hose Products supplied swaging machines.

One die and one pusher are required to swage an end onto a hose. Two dies are required to swage a mender onto a hose.
