New chocolate tanks in sizes from 100 to 10, 000 lbs in either carbon or stainless steel with electric immersion heaters and thermostats for water jacket. Temperature gauges for water and chocolate. Agitators with motor voltage to suit customers' requirements. Other sizes are available upon request.

Hundreds of these pans are now in the field at Confectionery, Pharmaceutical, Food, Snack & Nutraceutical plants. They can be used for lab or production work. We can supply these pans with either smooth or ribbed bowls. Ribbing may be quoted upon request.
