Unique's Mechanical & Air Operated Manifolds are designed to be used on tanker trucks hauling a variety of products that unload multiple compartments by a pump system. The dual bank manifolds are designed for a tank with two pumps off systems. It can be specified to accommodate a bottom loading, gravity -unloading and product return.

Air operated cast aluminum manifold with stainless steel fasteners for straight pump trucks help improve the productivity, quality and safety of your metered delivery operation.

UNIQUE Manifolds:
- Available in Single Bank or Dual Bank, for one and two pump applications.
- Unique design can be configured in 11" and 14" Loading head (API) spacing.

Inlet: 12" up to 1" FemaleMale NPT 90 Swivel Joint.
Gooseneck: 12" up to 1" FemaleMale NPT.
Rear Position: You must specify roller position BW, VW or TW. If roller position is not specified, reels will be shipped with rollers in POSITION BW.
Hose Stop: A hose stop should be used to prevent damage to rollers and to permit adjustment of free hose length. Hose stops are available at extra cost.
Note: Other sizes and or threads can be furnished for gooseneck when specified. Product temperature from -20 to +225F and standard pressure to 1000 p.s.i. Reels to operate at other temperatures or pressures can be finished at extra cost. Consult factory. Series R8 reels use a stronger spring assembly for heavy duty applications.

Level Rewind Assembly - this can be installed on most electric, air or hydraulic driven reels- this level rewind assembly - incorporates a four way roller guide mounted on a ball reverser actuator to provide automatic action to feed hose or cable onto the reel

We work with each customer to provide a solution that works for them, if you require your UGR50-100 series product to be a manual reel, we can make that happen. These reels are an outstanding addition to any application where a single static spark could ignite an explosion or fire. These manual reels are simply clamped to the ground and any static build up that occurs during the reeling process is discharged through the reel and is safely grounded.
If a manual reel is not applicable for your application we also offer a spring re-wind mechanism in our USGR50-100 series reels. This feature requires minimal cable pull in order to release the lock and a declutching arbor is added to automatically disengage the spring, this prevents reverse winding damage.
No matter the choice you make between the manual reels or spring re-wind reels, the UGR50-100 Series are some of the best static grounding reels in the business. All of the welding is done in-house by our certified welders and our CAD systems are also in-house. Through offering custom solutions and in-house designing and manufacturing you can be assured the product you need can be provided by Unique Hosereels.

Cable Reels
Choose Unique direct crank rewind or chain and sprocket drive powered by AC or DC electric motor or compressed air motor, . Crank is supplied on power rewind models. An adjustable spring drag device is used to brake the reel. Spring rewind cable reels also available.

Welded steel frame providing exceptional durability, custom frames are easily accommodated, per specification.
Spool assembly is fabricated from heavy gauge steel and rolled head edges for added strength and safety.
Bearings self-lubricating and self-aligning bearings, require little maintenance.
Slip rings available - require the gauge of the cable, how many conductors, voltage and amperage and weight of cable to be able to meet your requirements.

For 12" to 1" I.D. Hose

Outlet: 12" to 1" standard male female NPT gooseneck threads.
Inlet: 12" up to 1" FemaleMale NPT 90 Swivel Joint.
Rewind: Auxiliary Bevel gear-crank rewind, chain or gear driven powered by AC or DC. Explosion or Non-explosion proof electric motor, pneumatic air motor, or Hydraulic motor.
Frame: Welded steel frame providing exceptional durability. Custom frames are easily accommodated, per specification.
Spool: Heavy gauge steel and rolled head edges for added strength and safety.
Bearings: Self-lubricating and self-aligning bearings requires little maintenance.
Pressure: 1000 p.s.i. standard for steel fluid path, optional stainless steel available. Other pressures can be accommodated at extra cost.
Temp: Standard seal temperature ranges from -76 F to +356 F (-60 C to 180 C)

SHORT AND LONG STYLE:

6" Hot Head Aluminum Product valve is a hot or cold viscous material rugged valve, generally used for hot asphalt or any heavy liquids, designed for installation on the rear head of tanker and to provide high discharge rates for such products. This enables a tank to be unloaded much faster than with conventional valves.
A replaceable Oilite Gasket is provided for ease in repairing should damage occur from dirt or other foreign material.
A heavy mounting flange is provided to insure a flat gasket surface.
