Also known as thermoplastic rubbers, TPEs are excellent substitutes for other insulating and jacketing materials such as vulcanized rubber and thermoset resins. TPEs are tough, flexible, weather and oil resistant, and can be made fire retardant, making them ideal for a wide range of applications.
