In-The-Pipe SamplersVortox Air Technologys In-the-Pipe Sampler uses a two ball valve assembly to collect a liquid sample. An upper ball is external to the system, which rests on an intake orifice and keeps the system sanitary until liquid causes the ball to float. As the ball floats, liquid enters he collection chamber at a rate that is governed by setting the intake adjusting screw. Tuthill T650 BlowerVortox Air Technology, Inc. is pleased to offer the AWA11X17A4 model Truck Blower Air Cleaner. Engineered and designed specifically for use on the Tuthill T650 Blower, the AWA11X17A4 measures 11x17x7 in height and features an oval inlet tube which accepts a 4 rubber hose. Its flat box shape creates a flanged outlet which bolts directly to the blower inlet and eliminates any need for mounting accessories. The T650 Blower Air Cleaner is constructed entirely of 16 and 18 gauge Carbon Steel and finished in black powder coat paint. The T650 Truck Blower Air Cleaner allows for easy servicing and filter access by releasing the six clamps which secure the flat panel filter element inside the air cleaner. The Air Cleaner uses Vortox Air Technology filter element VFP11X17.

PlenumsPlenums are used with the same type of equipment, often mixers, as Alternate Fuel Air Cleaners, but are needed where remote mounting is required. Plenums are placed (hard mounted) over the mixer allowing a hose to connect from the Plenum to an air cleaner. All Vortox Air Technology, Inc. Plenums are formed with Electro Galvanized cold rolled Carbon Steel and are finished in a black baked polyester coating. Customization is welcome to create a Plenum that will suit your needs.

Liquid SamplersThe Vortox Air Technology Liquid Sampler is a precision instrument manufactured of Stainless Steel, easy to install, use, and maintain. Liquid Samplers are primarily used to capture grab andor composite (time weighted, continuous collection) samples. The Sampler is available in standard 316L Stainless Steel or Teflon coated 316L Stainless Steel on the internal surfaces of the Sampler where the effluent is captured. The Liquid Sampler can be suspended by Stainless Steel cables underneath existing grates with a drop box depth approximately 16 or the Sampler has its own sump assembly and traffic rated grate for any below grade in the ground installation. Installation of the Liquid Sampler will vary in many cases. Actual locations of sample collection sites must be confirmed by the permitting agency. However, typical installations include: Sampler, Sump and Grate set in the ground, the Sampler suspended in the existing Sump by optional Eye Bolts and Cables (.80 gallon only), or the Sampler and Sump installed in core drilled bottom of existing Sump.
