Orenco's AdvanTex® Treatment Systems provide environmentally sustainable treatment of residential wastewater flows. They are the ideal solution for difficult soils, small sites, system upgrades and repairs, new installations, pretreatment, nitrogen reduction, and disinfection. Unlike other onsite wastewater treatment technologies, AdvanTex provides consistent, reliable advanced treatment under real-world conditions. Other systems work OK in a controlled testing environment, but don't hold up to normal household use. AdvanTex does. One reason is that AdvanTex Treatment Systems process and discharge small amounts of treated wastewater throughout the day, so surges don't overwhelm your system. The treated effluent is so clean it can be reused for subsurface irrigation where regulations allow, or discharged to shallow, inconspicuous trenches. Fits Small Yards AdvanTex AX20 Treatment Systems require very little space. The AX20 filter unit is 7.5 ft x 3 ft x 2.5 ft (2286 mm x 914 mm x 762 mm), small enough to fit under a deck or on top of the processing tank. And some jurisdictions allow a reduction in drainfield area with AdvanTex. So AdvanTex is ideal for small sites or for homeowners who simply want more use of their yard.

Orenco’s AdvanTex AX-RT is a completely pre-packaged, “plug & play” AX20 wastewater treatment system. All interior components are assembled and adjusted at the factory, so customers save on installation costs. There are fewer working parts, so customers save on equipment costs. And the RT can be shallowly buried, so customers save on excavation costs. Household wastewater includes all kinds of particles and organisms, including bacteria like e-coli and viruses. Consequently, in some locales, onsite wastewater treatment must be followed by ultraviolet (UV) disinfection. There are very few products on the market for UV disinfection of wastewater. What’s more, supply and performance issues have always been a problem. That’s why Orenco has just introduced a BETTER UV product. A UV product that is more effective, more durable, more safe, and more serviceable than anything else on the market. The Orenco UV Disinfection Unit reduces bacteria by 99.999% (5 logs). It’s easy to remove and clean. And it’s UL-recognized in both the U.S. and Canada. We are now selling the Orenco UV unit as an add-on option with our AdvanTex Treatment Systems (both residential and small commercial). By coupling it with AdvanTex, we know that our UV unit will have outstanding effluent going into it, giving homeowners and property managers a terrific kill rate for bacteria and viruses.
