The custom made HB-2 is individually manufactured to your specifications. These twin features permit you to perform two independently-programmed cures simultaneously. You'll get big performance from the industry's smallest, most powerful and economical hot bonder for curing composite repairs. This handheld unit performs well from the workbench to the tightest, spots, the highest places. The HB-1 is a full featured bonder. The HB-1 can be seamlessly networked, enabling the interconnection of multiple HB-1's to support extra large or very complex repairs. Compact and durable, the 3.5 pound HB-1 repair system has all of the features of much larger and more expensive units: four active thermocouple inputs, audible alarm and safety devices and the ease of programming that is a signature of WichiTech bonders. Set to go with its own standard vacuum line and heating blanket, all it needs is a vacuum source or shop air with venturi to do the biggest or smallest jobs quickly and efficiently.

The Oven Control System (OCS) executes a pre-programmed temperature profile entered by the operator or taken from a standard library of cures (64 total). While executing, the OCS continually monitors all of the active temperature measurement points and vacuum points for actual behavior as compared to the preset profile. In the event of a severe deviation from the profile the OCS will signal the operator with a siren and visual display alarm. The OCS is modularized to allow the monitoring of several items curing within the oven at the same time. For instance, each block of eight thermocouples could be connected to a dedicated block of eight thermocouples situated in different corners of a large oven. The display can be segmented to display the details of each of the items in the oven. Control of the oven is accomplished by using the median (average of the hottest and coldest Tcs), the coldest Tc or the hottest Tc out of the entire set of configured Tcs to control the oven temperature. The control outputs of the controller will be the same voltage as the input voltage to the OCS. If 110 VAC based control is desired, power the OCS with 110 VAC.

The WichiTech F4BTS001 Blanket Test System (BTS) can be used to help verify the operational status of traditional silicone rubber heating blankets and other equivalent resistive heating mechanisms. The Blanket Test System is a small handheld unit with external ports provided for connection to other smart devices. External devices may include a personal computer, a serial printer, a smart hot bonder (i.e., HB-1 or HB-2 ) or any other auxiliary blanket test equipment (Uniform Heating Test Platform - UHTP©). Accessories include the clips, probes and cabling to interconnect these devices to the blanket under test. An optional, coupon-sized, serial printer is also available from WichiTech. The printer runs on a re-chargeable battery and ships with a battery charger. The printer allows the operator to keep a permanent record of a test.

PN F4SPT000, Weld-X™ Spot Welder for Spot Welding & Welding Repairs The high arc temperatures generated by the Weld-X™ easily fuse all standard thermocouple materials, including platinum and tungsten. Wires can be welded in pairs in gages of #20 or finer, and individually for gauges as heavy as #16. Welded surface connections to ferrous materials are generally the strongest and most easily made. However, very satisfactory direct attachments can be made to aluminum, titanium, copper, and zinc based alloys.
