Allow me to introduce X-Mold, and our flagship product... E-Fusion. E-Fusion is a specially formulated wood coating that protects the coated surface of wooden pallets, pallet cut-stock, crates, containers, and other forms of lumber. E-Fusion is ideal for export applications where: - general sensitivity to mold and mildew on or around products is an issue, and - mold contamination and infestation of cargo containers can cause shipments to be refused and rejected Think of X-Mold E-Fusion as insurance against financial loss and operational nightmares that can be cause by mold! E-Fusion is a registered product through the NSF International Nonfood Compounds Registration Program, which is a continuation of the USDA product approval and listing program, based on meeting regulatory requirements including FDA 21 CFR for appropriate use, ingredient and labeling review. E-Fusion is "acceptable for use as a coating on pallets transporting packaged goods, in and around food processing areas." In a study on the effectiveness of E-Fusion, conducted by Virginia Tech University, wood samples were kept mold free for over 12 weeks. E-Fusion can by applied by electrostatic spraying, hand spraying and in dip tanks. Electrostatic Spraying - a process where E-Fusion diluted with 4 parts water bonds with wood during a proprietary, efficient, automated & extremely cost-effective spraying methodology. Hand Spraying - E-Fusion can also be applied via airless paint sprayer, pump sprayer or other method of spraying. Dipping Tanks - Our NEW product, called E-Fusion Maxx, contains extra active ingredient and can be used for dipping (and hand spraying) applications. You choose a dilution ratio based on the duration of protection and mold free shelf life results you seek.
