Reducer Adapter

We manufacture all of our units in-house in Vancouver, BC Canada. Because of this, we use NPT (National Pipe Thread) sizing. For our North American market, adapters are rarely needed. For our clients all around the world, there are a variety of reducers and fittings that we sell to help our unit fit your application. Remote Control

The remote control option (RC) for ATS Electro-Lubes motor-driven lubricators monitors a dry contact (customer supplied) to control the lubricators cycle timing. When the contact is closed, the unit operates normally, cycling as per the Installation Instructions (e.g. Model 500 set on 15-day setting to empty will dispense approximately 1.25cc of grease every 0.9 hours) When the contact opens, the cycle timing is interrupted until it closes again; when closed, the cycle continues from where it had been suspended. In the example below, the first cycle was 0.9 hours, because the remote switch (dry contact) remained closed. The next cycle was 1.9 hours, because the remote switch was open for 1.0 hour.

While all of our lubricators can be filled with oil, we manufacture a 1.4L resevoir TITAN OILER specifically for oil applications. With a single TITAN oil can be fed to 12 lube points or can feed lines up to 60m long!

Timer Control

When our other control options arent suitable, the timer control is most efficient system for indoor use. Its a simple timer, like the one that times heating in your house, that controls the circuit board. Essentially, it tells the unit when to lubricate and when to go into pause mode based on the parameters you set.

Low-Level Lubricant Sensors

ATS low-level lubricant sensor is available for all of our units. This sensor creates a smart unit that will communicate with your computer and allow you to monitor the lubricator and receive a signal once the its nearing empty. The sensor is a peripheral magnet that can be wired up to a PLC.

Motion Control

ATS has developed a new programmable control which is activated by a magnet passing a sensor mounted on equipment close to magnets path. A signal is sent to the circuit board in the lubricator which maintains the lubricators dispense cycle. A BLUE LED will flash every time the magnet passes the sensor. This indicates that the magnetic sensor is working. If the equipment is inactive, the lubricator will time out and go into suspense mode until the equipment is again active. The lubrication cycle will then resume, as though the equipment had never shut down. The Motion activated control (MC) is an alternative to the Remote Control (RC). The lubricators DIP Switches are selected, as described on the lubricators Installation Instructions, according to the volume of the lubricant desired during the equipments actual operating cycle.

Oil Check Valves

Oil Check Valves are part of an oil lubrication system to help prevent leakage and back-flow of lubricant. The valve acts as a gateway allowing lubricant to flow in only one direction, protecting against old lubricant and contaminants entering back into the lubrication lines. In situations where our units are mounted upside down, an oil-check valve is especially required. All of our single-point lubricators come with an oil-check valve.
