The SUP880 continuous band sealer is made from durable stainless steel construction and is perfect for sealing flexible retail packaging or any other protective packaging used to package food, pet supply packaging, and even non-food products. The 880 band sealer is easy to operate with a fast warm up time and solid state digital temperature control.

Just as using the right flexible retail packaging to protect your product is important, the same effort should be made when choosing the right continuous band sealer. The 880 sealing method applies constant, direct heat with a pair of cooling and heating blocks and the unit feeds right to left when sealing your protective packaging.

The SUP305 hand impulse sealer seals flexible retail packaging such as custom stand up bags and other types of environmentally friendly packaging. This particular hand impulse sealer seals quickly and efficiently without any warm-up time and has a 12-inch seal length with 425 watts of heat sealing power.

Environmentally friendly packaging such as custom stand up bags requires the right type of hand impulse sealer and the SUP305 delivers. Set the timer, insert the packaging, press down and release. We recommend holding down the sealing arm for an additional second or two to ensure enough time for the bag to set and cool.

The SUP-305F foot impulse sealer was designed for high volume sealing of custom stand up bags and other types of protective packaging. This foot impulse sealer can seal 15-20 pouches per minute and allows the operator to keep both hands free for quicker and more accurate sealing of protective packaging.

This SUP-305F foot impulse sealer has a plug-in electronic timer for variable control, all metal construction and sits on a rectangular stand for stability. When sealing custom stand up pouches, set the timer, insert the protective packaging, press down on the footboard and hold for 2-3 seconds to create the seal. Thats it. Quick and easy.

The StaVAC material is made from NylonLLDPE co-extrusion and is manufactured here in the USA. The StaVAC film is specifically embossed to enable external, non-chamber, clamp type vacuum machines to work effectively.

Our Flat Bags are constructed of SV285 film which is a 3mil NylonPoly COEX vacuum barrier film. The film is specifically designed for vacuum packaging of food but can be used without vacuum. The film provides exceptional clarity for the product that is packaged within it. SV285 is an FDA approved film that is suitable for a variety of industries. These are exceptionally cost effective bags that will help meat, fish, nuts, dried fruit, jerky and snack packagers increase their margins while preserving the products they create.
