The ON-758ALM ACIG provides RF coupling between the ANUSM-670 Test Set and the FA-18 CD ECM and RWR systems. This ACIG is used for end-to-end testing of the systems and antennas.Azachorok Contract Services, LLC manufactured the ON-758ALM Antenna Coupler Interconnecting Group (ACIG). This ACIG provides coupling, stimuli and interface between the FA-18 CD Electronic Countermeasure and Radar Warning Receiver antennas and the ANUSM-670 Joint Services Electronic Combat Systems Tester.This equipment is classified as Type 1 Class 2 Test Equipment as defined by MIL-T-28800D. Each ACIG contains four couplers and associated hardware including Test Fixtures, Adapters and RF Cables. The couplers are used as Organizational Level Aircraft Flight Line Test Equipment.This ACIG is capable of operating in the multi-weather environments of aircraft flight line maintenance. Physical characteristics of these couplers include ruggedness, portability, and light weight. Performance characteristics include antenna site electromagnetic isolation during testing, repeatable performance and reliable operation. ACS manufactured and delivered seven (7) sets of these couplers.

The ANUIM-1 Telecommunications System Test Set (TSTS) replaces currently used U.S. Navy and Marine Intermediate Level (I-Level) Intercommunication System Testers that perform testing, fault isolation and diagnostics of the ANAIC-14 and ANAIC-14A Intercommunication Systems. These legacy testers are rapidly becoming obsolete and costly to use due to labor-intensive operation.The ANUIM-1 reduces test time and maintainer intervention through software-controlled automated test programs using a touch screen menu-driven display. This test set virtually eliminates the need for maintainers to reference hard copy test documentation while testing and troubleshooting Intercommunication System Units-Under-Test (UUTs).

The ANAPR-39A (V)2 ACIG provides the RF coupling interface between the ANUSM-713 Test Set and the ANAPR-39A(V)2 Radar Signals Detecting Set installed in the MV-22B aircraft and are used for end-to-end testing of the system and antennas.This equipment is classified as Type 1 Class 2 Test Equipment as defined by MIL-T-28800D. Each ACIG contains seven couplers and associated hardware including Test Fixtures, Adapters, RF Cables and Transit Cases. The couplers are used as Organizational Level Aircraft Flight Line Test Equipment.This ACIG is capable of operating in the multi-weather environments of aircraft flight line maintenance. Physical characteristics of these couplers include ruggedness, portability, and light weight. Performance characteristics include antenna site electromagnetic isolation during testing, repeatable performance and reliable operation. ACS manufactured and delivered twenty two (22) sets of these couplers ahead of schedule and within budget.

The Azachorok Contract Services Millimeter Wave Hand Held Radar Signal Simulator (MMW HHRSS) is a programmable, portable radar simulator that cost-effectively tests Radar Warning Receivers, Electronic Surveillance Measures and Electronic Countermeasures Systems. The HHRSS allows testing of the electronic detection and identification capabilities of fixed and rotary aircraft, surface ships, submarines and land vehicles.The HHRSS is a self-contained, high power (ERP: +50 dBm), portable radar signal simulator. The HHRSS has an effective operating distance from the System Under Test (SUT) of 30 feet, and operates from internal, rechargeable batteries that will allow for more than one hour of continuous operation in the CW Mode. The HHRSS operates at a fixed frequency of 35 GHz (with options for others) with a PRI Range of 200ns-1s and a PW Range of 100ns- 1ms.

The ANUSM-713 Signal Generator Test Set is a dual-role piece of avionics support equipment. It performs transmission line performance verification and diagnostic testing that includes Insertion Loss (IL), Return Loss (RL), Voltage Standing Wave Ratio (VSWR) and Distance to Fault (DTF) measurements. The ANUSM-713 also has an advanced radar signal generation capability (pulse modulated or continuous wave signals) that allows flightline testing of aircraft Radar Warning Receivers (RWRs) and Electronic Countermeasures Systems (ECS). The ANUSM-713 is a user-friendly, menu-driven test set that has a sunlight-readable display and is one man portable.

The AF48T-6A Conversion in Lieu of Procurement (CILOP) Navy Program upgrades an existing Armament Handling Equipment Test Stand that is used to apply loads up to 12, 000 lbs. on various pieces of Navy armament handling equipment to ensure serviceability.This CILOP effort required replacement of the thirty year old Control Console Assembly and Motor Drive Assembly. The upgrade uses the existing mechanical load frame of the Test Stand and is a very cost effective alternative to procuring a completely new system. Azachorok Contract Services, LLC is under contract to provide a new Control Console and DC Brushless ServoMotor Main Drive Assembly that is digitally controlled, using Controller Area Network (CAN) communication protocol. The new systems electronics and drive components fit into the existing load frame and a new, more user friendly, ergonomically designed Control Console Cabinet.AMC Defense Technologies has successfully completed Pilot Production Testing and will be providing the production upgrades in the form of ten retrofit kits which will be installed by Navy installation teams at locations throughout the U.S. and overseas.Operator training, technical support and documentation are also being provided.
