Honing Head

Honing Heads are mainly for cylinder blocks and Connecting Rods. Cemented carbide is used on portions of the Honing Head's guide pads and shoe grooves. Honing Heads are excellent in wear resistance and gives an excellent surface finish.

GB Tool (Guide Pad Boring Tool)

High Precision Machining:
We assure stability and straightness of machining diameter. Self-supporting effect by guide pad can get ride of holder deflection caused by cutting resistance.
High Efficiency Machining:
Compared with general boring, GB Tools enable improved surface roughness and higher feed rate because of specially designed insert and back taper adjustment system.
Easy Diameter and Back Taper Adjustments:
Setting time of cutting diameter is greatly reduced because of the unique adjustment system for cutting edge compared with other manufacturers' TA reamers.

We offer many types of inserts for grooving and boring. We also have coated, carbide and PCD inserts.

Valve Finisher

Valve Finisher Holders are for finishing after setting valve seat guide. In order to ensure a common axis between the seat face and the guide hole, guide hole reaming and seat face boring are preformed on the axis of the same spindle, thereby reducing process time and increasing performance.

Angle Head Holder

Angle Head Holders are designed when a machine table cannot rotate and special tilt clamp blocks are needed. The Angle Head Holder can drill any angle hole without a special clamp block. We can also combine with quick change stub holders.
