Unique recirculating bottom air flow heat transfer system envelops the products with hot air quickly and efficiently providing optimum shrink wrapping at the lowest possible cost. An exceptional value, each tunnel in the 850 series offers such standard features as high efficiency finned rod heating elements, a fully insulated heat chamber, heavy duty conveyor, and height adjustable consoles that include casters and levelers.

Belco's Lazy Susan will enhance your production enviroment where product accumulation is required for productivity. For your convenience, both 36" and 48" diameters are available in painted or stainless steel. All feature a 5" deep, variable speed turntable with adjustable leveling pads.

The E-260 A is engineered for flexibility with logic and precision. As product is fed onto the conveyor, electric eyes measure and advance it to the centerfolded film and vertical posi-action sealing area. To prevent the next package from entering during the sealing cycle, the belt advance is temporarily deactivated. When the sealing jaw opens, the advance is reactivated and the wrapped product is discharged into the shrink tunnel. It's logical. It's precise. It's flexible.

The ST 1608 Shrink Tunnel is a console tunnel with Teflon coated mesh conveyor belt, variable speed conveyor and high velocity recirculating air design with air controls and auto cool down. 240V, 1phase, 45 amp. Chambers 8"Hx16"Wx36"L. Recommended for all automatic L-sealers.
