ARINC 404 (Radialls DSX series) is a multipin, rack and panel style connector designed to electrically connect equipment racks to avionics equipment. Typically the plug is installed on the avionics rack and the receptacle on the equipment box. Applications include commercial and military aircraft and helicopters, railway, radar systems, power circuits, in-flight electronic instrumentation and flight simulators. DSX is fully compliant to SAE AS81659 specifications and are listed on the qualified product list (QPL). The DSX series also includes ARINC 404 commercial connectors.

Air Electro stocks and assembles a wide variety of Boeing approved (BACC) connectors. As a QPL approved assembly facility we are authorized to assemble BACC connectors for Souriau and we stock BACC finished product as a franchised distributor for RMS, Glenair, Amphenol PCD, Tri-star, TE Connectivity (Deutsch) and Radiall. Our BACC connector offerings include BACC45 & 63 (MIL-C-26500), BACC63CUCT (MIL-DTL-38999 Series III composite), BACC63DBDC (MIL-DTL-38999 Series III stainless steel), BACC50 grounding blocks from Amphenol PCD, BACC65 (Rectangular connectors through Radiall and Deutsch), as well as BACC47 contacts through Tri-star, Radiall and Souriau, and BACC10 connector accessories through Glenair.

D Sub connectors, also known as D Subminiature or D type connectors are small, lightweight connectors that are ideally suited for military equipment, industrial instrumentation, ground support devices and computer equipment. They can also be found in consumer electronics, telecommunications systems, medical equipment and local area networks (LANs).

Hermetic connectors are glass sealed connectors that are designed to operate in extreme environments. The glass to metal sealing enables the connector to be resistant to most liquids and gas, such as gasoline, jet fuel, oil, acids and hydraulic fluids, amongst others, making it an ideal connector for use in harsh environments ranging from satellites to submarines.
