BASF SPRAYTITE INSULATION

SPRAYTITE 178 is a closed-cell polyurethane system utilizing an EPA approved, zero ozone-depleting, blowing agent. It is designedfor use in commercial and residential construction applications. SPRAYTITE 178 is compatible with most common construction materials, but can only be processed with BASF SPRAY 8000AFE 800A Isocyanate.

ALDOSEAL 1602 Seam Tape

ALDOSEAL 1602 is a pressure sensitive seam sealing tape with Dupont Sontara Fabric backing bonded onto 20 mils of Butyl Rubber adhesive. ALDOCOAT 384 is a technologically advanced, high solids, single component, moisture cure polyurethane elastomer coating uniquely formulated for the protection of spray polyurethane foam insulation and traditional roofing substrates, such as single ply membrane and BUR surfaces. Once cured this liquid applied moisture-curing polymer provides a durable, seamless, flexible, waterproof membrane that resists lateral movement, shear and will allow for normal expansion and contraction. Mil for mil, ALDOCOAT 384 provides greater UV protection than similar generic coatings and offers increased resistance to moisture penetration through its lower moisture vapor permeability values. Due to its moisture-cure properties, a longer production window can be achieved during application.
