We operate two large manufacturing plants housing state-of-the-art machine tools, welding equipment, and electropolishing facilities. Various automation technologies ensure precise and repeatable production of vessels in almost any configuration from one liter to 500 gallons in size. Options are numerous and include items such as valves, closure assemblies, dip tubes, level gauges, and more. Our ISO 9001:2008 quality control system ensures that your products have been properly constructed, tested, and inspected according to the most rigorous standards.

Portable Pressure Vessels Custom designed specifically for your application, APC pharmaceutical hygienic portable pressure vessels are available in 9", 12" or 18" (229, 305, or 458 mm) diameters, with a total volume range of from 3.8 to 142.1 liters (1 to 37.4 gallons). Pressure Rated for full vacuum, every APC pharmaceuticalhygienic portable pressure and process vessel meets the ASME Code Section VIII, Division 1. The maximum allowable working pressure of each vessel varies depending on the diameter.

EXCEPTIONS - Same configuration but: Lesser Capacity Finish Change in Skirt type Costs Customer must purchase three (3) additional vessels at negotiated selling price for the following tests: Vibration Test - Outside Lab Stack Test - APC li> Drop Test - APC Reports remain on file for five (5) years Customer must furnish three (3) sets complete sets of closure devises (valves, crossovers, caps etc.) which replicates a typical shipping configuration of a filled vessel. Valves will be returned to the customer. Customer must furnish a schematic of the closure devices assembled to the vessel.
