Fish paper or Fishpaper is a type of fibrous dielectric paper known for its unique combination of strength, ease of forming and punching. Fishpaper is also unique because it is more resistant to heat and cold comparable plastic materials. Electrical-grade Fishpaper is a vulcanized fiber material that is frequently used for electrical insulation and is commonly die cut to create unique parts for specific applications. Vulcanization is a chemical process that transforms rubber or other polymers into more durable materials via the addition of accelerators or curatives.

Rigid foam insulation has the highest insulating values of any conventional foam insulation commercially available today. Very low conductivity gases trapped in the closed cellular structure reduce heat transfer by conduction. The combination of these properties yields a material that can be used in service between 100 F to 200 F. Rigid foam board insulation is moisture resistant, dimensionally stable, air tight, resistant to the transfer of heat through and has the ability to perform a structural role.

This board is a rigid, dense multi-ply material constructed from unbleached kraft pulp and acrylic polymer. It has the UL-94 Flammability Classification of 94HB. It is rated for a working temperature up to 230F (110C). VHR 115 has excellent dielectric (250 volts mil) and mechanical strength, low water absorption, high punch-ability and fold-ability. This material is recommended especially for applications requiring fold lines and creases in material thickness greater than 0.020 in. (0.50mm). VHR-115 will not break when folded, unlike fish paper.

Foam is one of the best materials for carving or sculpting, as it offers the ideal combination of low weight, softness and density. Sculpting foams inherent flexibility makes it easy to create just about any shape, and it is frequently used to create prototypes for molds. Foam can also be cut or glued, or coated with other materials as needed.

Phenolic c is a fabricated reinforced laminate produced from a fine weave LinenCotton cloth impregnated with a phenolic resin binder. The fine weave phenolic linen yields good mechanical properties, dimensional stability and a better finish for machined components than the CE material, particularly for intricate detailed components. However, it is not recommended for electrical primary insulation! Other benefits include high tensile, compressive and flexural strength, good resistance and strong electrical properties. LE phenolic meets Mil-I-2476813 FBE requirements. It is available in sheet stock, rod, angle and U channel forms.

It can also be treated with UV coatings and other materials to meet the specific needs of the end user.Printing applications: Polyester Film print applications include xerography, digital printing and screen-printing, to name a few. The film sheets generally must be coated with a special treatment to optimize the specific printing method.Medical devices: Many medical devices are manufactured with Polyester film, including test strips, X-ray film and various types of packaging.Product packaging: Polyeseter film is widely used to package products in industries such as food and beverage and electronics. The film coating can be further treated with various materials to make it appropriate for a given packaging application.Labeling: Polyester film is perfectly suited for creating labels that require maximum heat and tear resistance and superior durability. The film is typically adhesive coated on one side and top coated on the other to facilitate printing.Insulating material: Polyester Film insulation can be used in electrical applications to support and separate electrical conductors. The film material provides the ideal combination of moisture resistance and dielectric strength.
